We picked this company from internet based on positive reviews.
Kyle came out to look at our broken a/c unit. He told us the problem and offered us several options. As the broken unit was very old we decided to install a new Lenox a/c unit. Kyle was very helpful in arranging for a date 2 weeks later to install the new unit.
Shortly after we decided to replace our aging furnace at the same time.
Yesterday, after a call to let us know they were on the way, the crew (Steve, Jordan & Drew) arrived at 8:30 am and set to work.
By 2 pm all the new units, including a new humidifier and 2 carbon monoxide detectors, were installed and working. They made a great job of installing new drainage and vent pipes around the furnace. We were given a tour and explanation of all the work performed as well as a demonstration of how to work the a/c unit, humidifier and new digital control pad.
Before leaving they did a great job of cleaning up all the debris both inside and out leaving everything clean.
We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Our whole experience with Romaniuk was fabulous. Chris was really thorough with his quote, pointing out every detail and giving a full explanation of what would need to be done. He left us feeling confident in using their services (we had other quotes given).

We needed a sub panel installed and it was great that Romaniuk had a journeyman electrician to come out for the install rather than having to sub it out.

On the day of installation, Steve and Jordan did an amazing job. They kept us informed of their progress and took the time to answer all of our questions. Upon completion Steve walked through everything they had done and explained the hows and whys of our new air conditioner and answered any additional questions.

Nolan and Drew arrived promptly, and immediately explained what they would be doing to install the air conditioner. They worked efficiently and without any breaks to complete the job.
Nolan and Drew not only cleaned up the job site but did some extra cleaning to facilitate the installation process (please ask them about mice!).
Drew and Nolan were very polite and patiently answered my questions and explained how the conditioner worked.

After having 3 estimates done to replace an old furnace I selected Romaniuk. I was very impressed with the estimate done by Brandie as he covered everything in detail and helped me to understand all of the issues I had to consider. In the end this excellent estimate and the significantly lower price coupled with their great reviews made my decision easy. When I called the office a couple of times they were very pleasant and quickly answered my questions.
Today was install day and the crew of Matt and Nolan did a great job. They called about 30 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and carried out the install very efficiently. I really appreciated that they showed pride in going above and beyond with their work and left the work area perfectly clean. I will definitely use Romaniuk again and would highly recommend them.

Good experience from Chris who came to give me an estimate.He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions so that i could choose what was right for me. Mark and Mike came and installed the air conditioner. They were on time, polite, friendly and left everything clean. The system was explained to me fully including what was needed for maintenance.
