A quick call to Romaniuk provided us with an excellent, rapid, and professional estimate, then Nolan and Drew provided superb service during the installation. The financing process was painless and quick.

Overall the experience was superb.

My dealing with Romaniuk is smooth from consultation to installation. Everything was explained and walk down during trial run. Nolan & Drew are awesome workers or I should say craftsman, fast, efficient. I will deal with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Nolan and Drew were the technicians who came to install our air conditioning. They were very professional and phoned to say they were on their way and arrived on time. We have to say they were very friendly and did an amazing job with the installation and everything was spotless when they had finished. They showed us how to program the nest app on my smart phone and now I can control the heating and air conditioning from wherever we are. I highly recommend this company.

Have used Romaniuk for our new furnace install years ago and now for our a/c. So very nice to have a reliable company that is both efficient and professional, the job gets done right the first time. My husband has a mechanics background and the technicians were able to answer his questions accurately and with detail much to his satisfaction and approval. Even though the install location was peppered with mosquitos and mud they went to great lengths not to track anything inside and weathered the pest storm without complaint, so appreciated Tyler and Steve!

we recently chose Romaniuk Heating to replace and install a new furnace and hot water heater. Our technicians were Nolan and Drew.

I’d just like you to know that you have two excellent employees! Nolan and Drew were on time, professionally presentable, polite and immediately put my mind at ease. We shared a few jokes and laughs over our new puppy, Timber, and they asked if they could photograph her to show their wives. At all times, they were respectful and patient, as I had many questions (some of them, probably dumb to the guys), but they never made me feel dumb, at all! All questions were answered with no hint of judgement. In fact, after one question, Nolan replied, “not to worry, we are going to take care of your home like we would our own.” And they did! Not once, did I have any concerns about these gentlemen in my home. They communicated what they were doing, were efficient and did an amazing removal and install! The furnace area was left cleaner than before they got there!

They explained everything extremely well and must have said, “If you have any problems or concerns, please call us’, at least, ten times.

I know you are a family run business. These two made me wonder if their last names were Romaniuk. I am not kidding. They conducted themselves as if it was their company. Please pass on to Nolan and Drew that my wife, Shauna, and I are extremely happy with the service we were provided by the two of them and that we will pass your company’s name on to all our friends that are looking for your services!

Had AC Unit installed by Nolan and Drew. Both were very professional and took pride in their work. They arrived on time and were pleasant as they were advising me of what all was going to be done. The work they did was better than I was expecxting and they cleaned up after they were done leaving no mess.

Excellent service by installers Nolan and Drew. From start to finish the job ran smoothly.
Arrived on time, with all the necessary materials.
Reviewed the job with us in detail, walked us through the procedure and explained what would need to be done both inside and out.
Both were friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs.
On completion of the work all was cleaned up and everything removed. Just as if they had not been here accept for the new addition.
Nolan and Drew explained the workings of the furnace and pointed out features and how they had done things.
Upstairs the thermostat was demonstrated to us with some suggestions.

Couldn't ask for better!

The sweaty summer season is almost in Edmonton and this was the year we decided to spring for central air conditioning. I was hesitant to make the jump because I was fearful of maintenance and have not had great experiences with home-maintenance companies. We booked through Costco and were referred to Romaniuk.

Chris, who was our main contact, was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient - he was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. He went out of his way to book us in for a payment appointment at a time that worked for our schedule.

Installation day arrived - Nolan and Drew called before they arrived and were extremely friendly, fast, knowledgable, personable and respectful. They only took a few hours to do a full install, triple checked EVERYTHING, did a complete walkthrough and answered all my questions. They both were extremely approachable, worked well together and took amazing care of my home! Thank you so much Nolan and Drew!

Overall, I feel 10000% with the entire transaction from start to finish and couldn't imagine it to have been any better. I will definitely be calling Romaniuk for any future business and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.
