I just required a new run from the furnace to an additional vent in a bedroom. Brandie was out quickly to quote, and they had the work done on time. Cost was lower so I didn't get an exact quote as it was based on time spent and materials. Everything went well and the work area was kept clean.

We purchased a Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning system from Romaniuk. Dave came to our home to do an estimate and advise on the correct system for our 50 year old home. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable which inspired confidence in our purchase and was onsite during the initial phase of installation. Nolan and Jordan were our installers, with their team they quickly uninstalled the old furnace, made the required ducting changes and installed the new furnace giving us heat within hours, They second day they finished the A/C condenser install. All the work was neat and clean and very professionally finished and performed as promised. Due to all this, I have confidence our HVAC system will perform as expected and I have no problem recommending Romaniuk to family and friends.

Brandie has come over numerous times to advise or perform minor repairs quickly & effectively for us in the past. When our furnace died and I was out of town working Brandie was there for us and got the ball rolling for the new installs. Jordan & Nolan did a fantastic install & performed it quicker than we had anticipated. Thanks to the Romaniuk team for their great work.

Technicians came in to service our hot water heaters three times over the last couple months. We have been having trouble with these hot water heaters on and off the last couple of years. The hot water heaters were very old so the technician Jaime gave me the cost to fix and noted the age of the appliances. He called an estimator for me and Brandi showed up within an hour to give me a quote on installing new hot water heaters. The installers, Nolan and Jordan, came the very next day and were very courteous and neat. They installed two hot water heaters with minimal interruption to our family. Excellent service and very satisfied with the whole experience.

From our visit and sign up at Costco, to the home inspection - a very professional job. Nolan & Jordan did a very good job of installing the new furnace . They answered our many questions
and we are satisfied that we will have many years free of furnace troubles

Brandie was most patient in helping me identify our house requirements and changes needed to bring it up to building code.
The instalation by Nolan and Jordan went quickly and smoothly. They were very friendly and efficient and the pride they took in their work shows. When they left there was nothing to clean up. They were a pleasure to have in the house. We could not have have wished for better.
The instalation is such that I will take pride in showing it off to my friends.
So far the system is performing as promised and I am enjoying learning all the improvements over our old system.

Nolan and Jordan installed the furnace for me. They were friendly, patient, and willing to provide explanations for all my questions; they are absolutely professionals. They worked fast, and this made things much smoother on me. Once they were done with my furnace, John came to supervise the drilling and completion of the air return hole. He is just as professional and knowledgeable as Nolan and Jordan. All three were extremely helpful. Residential Manager Brandie has an excellent team working under his belt. I am impressed and greatly appreciative of their hard work. I have already recommended Romaniuk to my friends and family.

I had Dave advise me on a new system; Nolan and Jordan installed my top of the line furnace. Top quality service, gave me all the information, installation was great and it was done when I got home early in the afternoon. Great follow up next day from Dave to see how satisfied I was. We had Nolan& Jordan install our furnace, they were professional, curtious and within four hours they had a very neat job done and heat on!! It doesn't get any better than that. I would highly recommend these young fellas, they were Great.

Our experience with Romaniuk Heating and air conditioning started when our ancient furnace in our just bought house stopped working very late on a Friday night. We called Romaniuk on Saturday to set up an appointment the same day. Alex came and confirmed our thoughts of a faulty ignition but he also mentioned some other things that we would need to repair in the near future. Since we had mentioned that we were looking to replace the unit in the spring, he said that it didn't make sense to keep putting money into something we were going to replace. We set up an appointment for someone to come and show us some options. They were very accommodating with coming quite late in the day, as my husband would be getting home later than their regular appointment times. Brandi was very knowledgeable about the product. We didn't feel pressured to buy top of the line at all. He explained all the options in depth, which made choosing our new units quite easy. We set up an appointment for the next day for the install. Nolan, Jordan and John came right on time. They were very efficient with their work, and knowledgable about the units they were installing. They went above and beyond my expectations. They had no problems dealing with the problems they encountered in our house. They were also very clean and made sure any mess they made was cleaned up before the they left.
We would certainly recommend Romaniuk heating and air conditioning for our friends in the future. It was a great company to deal with. All of their representatives were very professional and efficient
