Gina was trustworthy and polite. He was also very experienced and very reasonably priced. I was so worried about installing my central vac because my prior contractor left me with faulty work. Gino was able to access the problem, come up with a solution and made sure my central vac was working before he left the job. He had the supplies he needed in his truck and was conscientious about leaving my home neat and tidy. I feel very comfortable calling him back for any other servicing I might need in the future and would easily recommend him to do work for my friends and family.

I have been in the sales and service business for over 25 years 10 of them in home renovations and construction. Gino, in my opinion is an example of a tradesman long lost. His knowledge, services, workmanship, and cleanliness is surpassed by none I have seen in all my years. When Gino finished the central vac install at my home I asked him for business cards to pass out to my friends and relatives as that is how pleased we are.

I highly recommend using this company. Both Luca and Gino are amazing. They have excellent customer service, are prompt and get the job done right. Also I find them to be extremely reasonable in their pricing. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. After they installed our central vac, we had an issue and they came right away and fixed the problem. It was certainly not the central vac they installed that caused a problem but the way the piping had been done in the house. Gino came, explained everything step by step and fixed all the piping. Our central vac works better then it did before.

Gino arrived at my home with full gear, even his own ladder and within 3 hours had my entire central vacuum system roughed in. His work was very meticulous and all the piping were hidden in the joist so as not to interfere with the ceiling installation. I can't say enough about his amazing work.

Called the VacMan at 10 am today. Gino arrived at my house before 1pm. He explained that my existing unit could be repaired but as an option recommended a superior unit to the one we had. No pressure or hard sell but I decided to go with a new unit. It was installed very professionally within an hour and a half. Very happy with the service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We needed someone to repair our central vac system -- The Vac Man responded to our request within 20 minutes and was at our house the very next day. Luca was very knowledgeable about vac systems and was able to find the problem and solve it in a fast and quality way. He also cleaned out our pipes and removed a lot of materials that we could not remove ourselves. Luca was polite, courteous and professional in fixing our problem and reconnecting the pipe that had become detached.

Call the vacman for an installation after I moved into my house. Gino shows up at my house the next morning. He is very professional and friendly. He also answered all the questions that I have. The installation is very clean and tidy. I would recommend Gino to anyone that want to have a central vacuum installed at their home.

I had what I thought was an impossible request; installing a central vacuum system throughout my home. My four story home is finished from top to basement, so it seemed very unlikely that I could ever own a central vacuum without extreme damage. But I dislike hauling around an upright or canister since the exhaust blows the dust away more than it sucks in. How many times I have chased a Boston Fern leaf around with my Dysan, to just have it blown away. I found it less frustrating to just bend down and pick up the leaf, but my upright has now failed me. Then The Vac Man came to my home and cheerfully faced the challenge of a complete installation in one day to my total satisfaction! I have minimal repairs. An impossible job done perfectly for a great cost. And I now own an amazing central vacuum that outperforms anything I have ever owned throughout the whole house. For anyone who feels that a central vacuum could never be installed in their home, believe me, if The Vac Man cannot do it, than no one can!
