Our shower has not looked this good since we first moved into the house a dozen years ago. Not just the grout, but the caulking, tiles, base pan, glass, and everything else are back to practically new. Not only that, but John was very good going the extra step in providing maintenance tips to ensure it stays that way. Clearly he and his son do their work with pride and diligence. I highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again.

John came and gave a quote - on phone, email and in person he described his years in tiling business and what he would do and why he did such good work. The quote was high but decided to go with him based on his alleged experience. Steam clean shower and regrout shower floor and clean grout bathroom floor. Small ensuite in condo.

Today he showed up with 2 others - then he left, and I did not know that as they kept wandering back and forth to front entry where they left some supplies. In fact, a young man did the work and other man said he had been doing this for 1 month! They were polite and tidy and job appears good- still not dry. I would not have agreed to pay this price for newby and young man. John denied on the phone afterward that there was any problem with others doing the job he contracted to do, if the work promised was completed.
I put trust first in who I hire to be fully open and at no point was there any indication he wouldn't be doing the job. I have trouble recommending John because of his failure to disclose this fundamental truth about his business, and his forceful argument to me afterward that it didn't matter who did the work for the price quoted as long as the job was completed as agreed. As a former business owner, I believe reputation and referrals depend on trust and John lost mine.

John was extremely professional. He responded to me with a quote within hours of my request. He showed up on time, and did an amazing job. The grouting looks like new! The difference is incredible. John did an excellent job cleaning the grout on our bathroom floor and shower walls. We had thought that we would need to get the grout replaced because it looked so discoloured and gross, but John saved us money by doing a fantastic cleaning job instead - the grout colour looks like new. We are very happy with John. His Grout Solution company does great work at a reasonable cost. Very reliable. We actually left the keys and went away on vacation. The shower floor was retiled with great results (no more standing water in the shower). Old crumbling grout was replaced on the whole bath floor. We spoke to other contractors, but one failed to show up, and the other promised to follow up with the work and keep canceling. Great experience with Grout Solutions.
