Derek/Safeairsystems is the real deal! My parents, 2 sisters and myself have all had him service and/or replace our old systems over the last 3-4yrs. After hearing and seeing first hand my sister and parents both getting screwed around on AC work from $hady contractors before, Derek came to the rescue. The pain and frustration stopped! He knows his stuff and takes pride in his work, and took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. I got him to do my new furnace install, as well as AC. He had to come back after the winter to fully fill the new AC, and I had no doubt in my mind he would return with absolutely no hassle. He returned my call an hour later and the work was done the next day!! Like a good mechanic, hard to find..search is over. Good fair price too!

Derek/Safe Air System knows furnaces very well! He installed a high-efficiency gas furnace (from another source of fuel). Derek showed up on time as promised and completed the two tasks perfectly. Relocating my a/c and re-doing furnace ductwork.

When I had to move my a/c outdoor unit to a different location I expected the technician to advise a replacement unit was in order. Instead, Derek insisted my sorry looking existing unit was a reliable model and it made the most sense to just re-install in the new location.

After being impressed that he didn't try to upsell me into a new unit, I became further impressed when he went to great lengths to thoroughly clean my existing unit, inside and out.

He didn't mention he would be going to that kind of effort when he quoted the job. I was amazed at how my old unit looked when it was mounted off the ground and all cleaned up.

His ductwork on the furnace was also done with obvious skill, and very neat.

When I have any mechanical/hvac needs I will be calling this company. Extremely professional and very fair priced. Thank you Derek.

My wife and I woke up last winter to notice that the house was unusually cold. Adjusting the thermostat did not work. We called Safe Air Systems and that same morning they got our furnace working again. We're glad we got such a quick response. The technician was very knowledgeable. We received professional service and helpful advice at a very good price compared to other companies we tried.
