Flavio was amazing when he came to fix my washer. He checked multiple areas of the washer and was clear to explain each step he was taking and why. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Freezer was working fine but the fridge was not cooling. The tech diagnosed the problem as being a damaged evaporator fan motor. The Tech had to order the part for my model of fridge and then drove 40 mins to pick it up. Overall he repaired the fridge within 2 hrs of original arrival. The Tech was professional, friendly and mindful of my autistic daughter who was always hovering nearby. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

Fridge pooched out, food was warm and getting warmer, they showed when promised and repaired same day. My wife is thrilled! They stuck to their quote, no surpises, I'm happy, my wife is happy, and dinner is on the table.

Johnny diagnosed the problem Friday evening. He ordered the part and had our washer fixed Saturday afternoon. Could not be more pleased with him. I give ODAR my highest rating. I will only use them in the future. Johnny was courteous and professional.

Needed a new pump for my dishwasher asap as my daughter's wedding was in a few days. They quickly got my part and spent time doing a very thorough job installing the new pump. I was very impressed by their knowledge and their professionalism. Got the job done! I highly recommend them.

I'm very disappointed with this service .My cdishwasher was leaking so I called them and I told that I need someone to come and check it out.The person who I was talking ask me what happen I told him that is leaking from left side on the bottom of the dishwasher.Then he told me he will sent technician to my home.Because I'm working person we set up time 4 pm.The technician came at 2:30 pm my son was home and let him in.He just turn on dishwasher se elthe leaking and told my son that is going repair cost $225 plus parts.My son called me and told me the price so I told on the phone to my son tell technician that I will not going to repair because new one cost $380.My pay son him $90 service fee.The technician didn't even know where is leaking from what part he need to replace but he already told the repair price cost ,he told to my son that he doest sure what part is broken . I called to this service and told them that I want my $90 back because the technician didn't do nothing to find out what is the problem with my dishwasher he told me no refund I asked to talk to manager or owner he hang out tell.I will report them to better business Bureau because I they took my money for nothing .Never ever recommend them.I pulled out my dishwasher and found out where the leaking is was the hose was broken I bught new one and replace cost me about $6 yes only six dollars and 5 min to replace and I'm a woman .In my opinion very bad service .The technician didn't diagnostic anything I know how service charge looks like I had one for my washing mashing the technician diagnosed what was wrong with my washing mashing what part I need and cost for repair but ur technician didn't do nothing no diagnosed anything he took money for nothing .

After having a problem with my washing machine (could not get it to start because of an error code), I looked online and tried to diagnose and fix the problem myself. I spent a number of hours as well as spent some money on a part that I thought was the problem but was never able to resolve the issue. I finally had a technician from ODAR (On-Demand-Appliance-Repair) named Eric come out to take a look. After only a very short time frame, Eric found the problem, explained the issue clearly to me so I was comfortable moving forward with the repair work and then he fixed the problem quickly. I wish I would have called ODAR and Eric sooner instead of wasting my own time and some money without being able to fix it. Eric was very professional and did a great job, he even helped me move my dryer from another room to put back on top of the washing machine which he did not have to do. Thanks very much for your great work Eric and I would definitely recommend ODAR and Eric to anyone!

My freezer had ice built up in the upper compartement.
Called ODAR and they had one of their techs show up same day in the evening.
The guy fixed the problem within an hour and told me what to do in order to avoid this issue in the future.
Glad i called them, thanks a lot!

The tech arrived on time and was very polite and professional.
He came prepared with the part needed and replaced in 15 minutes.
Cleaned the whole area before leaving and made sure to mention the warranty period and to contact him if anything goes wrong.
Definetely would use them again and reccommend to anyone in need. THANKS!

The internal computer blew after a power surge. Johnny was incredibly helpful and very professional, managing to obtain the part and come back and fix the stove quickly and efficiently.
