One of the most professional companies I have worked with. From customer service, responsiveness, value, to quality of work, not to mention 25 year guarantee. I highly recommend them. Quote was very detailed and accurate. Answered all my questions. Scheduled in very quickly. Completed the work on time. No surprises except good ones: no sump pump needed thankfully. I would highly recommend them and know who to call next time I have an issue.

I had a small amount of water appearing on my basement floor. After inspecting the leak, it was determined that my homes water table had risen. The weeping tile around my house had no exit point and the system was filling with water.

Anatoli was by far the best contractor that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. His experience shows through detailed knowledge of building codes, and sharp eye for signs of water damage. He careful explained all aspects perfectly, helping me understand my existing system and how the new sump pump would function.

When I put down words like "good quality", "good value", "professional", "responsive" and "on time", I realize how hard it is nowadays to find a contractor who you can actually wholeheartedly say all these values are absolutely true. I recognize many things are outside of the contractors' control, which makes what Anatoliy and his team delivered especially remarkable. The price and timeline quoted were exactly what were delivered. The work quality was fantastic. My architect/structural engineer were both very impressed. You can tell they take pride in their work. The crew ended up having to make some changes to the work due to our miscommunication but they did it with no complaints. Anatoliy is super responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are well known by the City inspectors (based on casual conversation i had with an inspector months later). I found this company based on the reviews and i am so happy that I did.

Window had a crack, that became large enough for water to seep into the basement.
Anatoli was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between crack injection and extior waterproofing.

Had a new Sump Pump installed, with new catch basin and plastic pit. Discharge was brought through the wall, routed outside.
With the additional Battery Backup package - so the Pump is still functional when the power goes out.

I purchased my home in the fall, and with the spring showers there were signs of water leakage.

Water pulled into the backyard of my house seeping into the basement from the windows and cracks in the cinderblock wall.

Royal work Corp. was not only able to waterproof my home, but, install a new sump pump too. A back water valve for my sewage line. After seeing them doing the concrete in the basement, I asked if they could re-pour my side entrance landing.

Fantastic work! I highly recommend them - I even scheduled for them to come back in two weeks and add a French drain/ drainage trench for my backyard.

My basement window and wall had water leaking into it, so I called a few companies all around Toronto and the surrounding areas to get the best quote price and found Royal Work Corp. to be the best of them all. My deck was to be removed at my own cost for the other companies I had called except for these guys who took care of the entire job with first rate experience and really made this nightmare go away as quickly as possible without all the gouging in price and unnecessary construction extras most companies get yoi with. I highly recommend this company for all your home repair needs. Very happy with the end result.

I had a great experience with Royal Work when I had a basement leak. I had another company look at my basement and instead of thoroughly repairing the crack, they just did an injection that will only fix the issue for 2 years. Nazar from Royal Work came for an estimate the next day and explained to me what really had to be done and how to do it.
