I called several cmpanies, but Door Masters returned the call immediately and arrived within the hour. He repaired the garage with no fuss at a very reasonable cost and was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a garge repair or new garage door and they are my new go to company for this type of work going forward as their service and pricing is far superior to any I have dealt with in the past.

Replaced a broken spring on my garage door. Service was quick and professional. Would recommend.

They were called to replace a torn weather strip on the garage door. They came and installed a part that was designed for a wood door, my door is steel. The guy leaves and the door is not closing properly. They come back and "fix" the problem. Again the door is not closing. They then admit to installing the incorrect piece and assure me they will fix it. Over the period of a week they make three promises to come and fix the door. They fail to show up every time. Under no circumstance should you trust these people with and work you need done on a garage door. The situation remains unresolved, and they have my money.....very frustrated. As an edit, they came and fixed the issue, turns out i need a new door, they were willing to take the price i paid for the repair off the price of a new door. Well see

My Garage Door needed to be replaced, I called a few companies and got to "The Door Master" he was very honest and did not try to sell me a product I could not afford.
