Look no further than Climax Heating and Air Conditioning. After many years our furnace started to work inconsistently. After speaking to a few companies, I decided on Climax. The reason for that was due to the Installer, Moe. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. After examining the situation, he noted the condition of my AC which was the same age as my furnace and recommended a combination heat pump and furnace. This would allow me also to take advantage of the current greener homes rebate. I felt good about this as it was a good step towards reducing our carbon footprint and utilizing an extremely efficient system. The installation happened in one day and was outstanding. Moe and his team were exemplary in their actions, leaving no mess. Since the installation, we have enjoyed consistent room temperature and significantly reduced our reliance on natural gas. The Bosch system is so intuitive that it operates most efficiently. It is also considerably quieter than the previous system. As we examine our usage, we can track the consistency in temperature throughout the house.

Furnace died yesterday and Alireza was quick to come for service and suggested the right solution. The guys were here first thing next day for the job and we were so thankful. Furnace dying in winter is a dangerous thing.

Ali came earlier the evening before scheduled to take an early diagnosis of our broken furnace, which was great! It was unfortunately significantly in disrepair that it needed to be replaced. Thankfully he slotted us in the very next morning. Ali and Reza were efficient and respectful, completing our furnace removal and installation in a few hours!

I originally used their services back in 2020 to fix a furnace that was no longer blowing hot air. Fast forward to October 2022 I called Sam to inform him that my old furnace no longer works. Within hours Alireza was over to take a look at it. In his professional opinion, a replacement would be needed as the existing furnace was approaching its end of life. We talked to several furnace companies prior to replacing our broken furnace. Mohammad stood out immediately, he explained everything very well at the spot and answered all of our additional questions in the next 24 hours. As fall weather is really unpredictable, we wanted the furnace to be replaced ASAP. He gave us the first available date, and he came an hour earlier to ensure that we would have a working furnace by end of the day.
He and his partner replaced our furnace and AC within a few hours and it worked perfectly.
In addition, he also removed our problematic previous AC for free, as a nice surprise for us!! Thanks so much for it Mohammad again!

We lost hot water on a spotless tank, The Big Box national stores, as well as the so-called National worry-free home service plan provider subcontractors charged us for visit, did absolutely nothing and tried to upsell us with in excess of few thousand dollars (raging from 4-5 thousand dollars with wait times in excess of weeks) solutions for something we did not need.

After maintenance inspection on my furnance, I received a red tag infraction notice that the flex connector pipe on the furnance had to be replaced. I called 4 hvac companies listed on Homestars for quotes on the repair job. The quote from Climax Heating and Air Conditioning was 40% lower than the average of the quotes from the other 3 companies.

The Climax technician who performed the work was named Mohammad. Mohammad showed up on time and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. He seemed to be very thorough and professional.

In addition to repairing the furnance, Mohammed also pointed out some things to look out for that might cause problems in the future, given the current condition of the furnance (the furnace is 15 years old).
Mohammad was very courteous throughout and answered all my
questions in detail. He was also very tidy. At the end of the job, he asked for a broom and insisted on sweeping up the small mess that was left behind. In all, I was very impressed by the level of service I received from Climax and would heartily recommend them.
