Word Of Mouth Movers

I was very happy with the job Word of Mouth Movers did on moving day. I moved a 4 bedroom home. The move was done in 11 hours with 3 movers which was more or less inline with my expectations on moving day. I did have a large entertainment wall which needed to be taken off and then taken apart. They came with the right tools to get the job done. My wife was thrilled when they arrived with wardrobe boxes as nothing had to be taken off the hangers Jason the team leader was really on top of things. The office staff was helpful and courteous and even had someone come take a look. Alex from the office gave me good advice and made sure I knew what to expect. I booked with them because tey came across as honest. The billing was fair and simple with no unexpected charges. They send you a service agreement which I felt very comfortable with. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are very professional workers. The company will take care of everything, covering all your furniture, specially the fragile ones, protecting the floors, and bringing everything safely to your new house.

I recommend these guys. They were friendly and very efficient. The movers worked really hard, Steve was very experienced and they took really good care of my stuff. I would use it again on my next move.

this company and their employees were really professional, i had really bad experiences with movers before, i was hesitant to hire a mover. I decided to use them after a recommendation. They came on time, they moved everything efficiently and carefully, the movers were courteous. I did find they took extra time to wrap my things but in the end nothing got broken. i would definitely recommend this company.

Pros: Honest, no hidden fees or games. Movers showed genuine care and expertise, especially to my piano.

Cons: They were 15 minutes late to arrive, but the road was pretty rough with snow and they did call to inform me, so it was understandable and not a big deal.

Summary: Would certainly recommend! I was looking for straightforward moving company who actually show customer service after a terrible experience with other movers.. falling for their "40$/HR" ad with hidden fees that ended up being 900$.
