I ordered a custom height vanity which was pretty expensive given the size was standard. I waited one month without a phone call though I was promised the vanity would be ready within 2-3 weeks. I took my bill and went back to the store and I was directed to another location on Meyerside Drive. When I got to that location they were all confused and wanted to know why I was sent there as they did not have a vanity order for me. After I got very upset about being sent from one location to the other, they confirmed the vanity was done but the counter top was not ready- I waited another week for everything. As it was a custom height vanity, I asked for a 1/2 shelf under the sink but I was told that would cost extra so I should not request it, but it can be added later.
The vanity was installed by a professional contractor who actually referred me to Vision. Vision has really good reviews and the choices were great so I was happy to select a vanity from them. When the contractor was ready to install the side splashes were the wrong sizes so I had to go back to them to get new side splashes.
2 weeks after installation a crack appeared on the quartz counter top! After spending $2,000 I now has a beautiful new bathroom with a cracked vanity top!. I took some pictures and went back to Vision but they did not take ANY responsibility for it. Manu said once the product leaves them, they are not responsible and maybe it was something the contractor did. Manu stated this has never happened before and while I believe that, I was quite disappointed that they took no responsibility for it. To imply it happened after it left the shop is questionable. Needless to say, after spending $2K, the contractor was charged another $250.00 for the replacement of the counter top. Not a place I would recommend despite the wide choices and very polite and courteous staff.

We are beyond excited to have this one of a kind mirrored vanity for our powder room. Its going to be a show stopper. Manu has such comptent knowledge of the business & assists with faucets to complete the job. The customer service we received was beyond excellent, we will be sure to inform others of how great the company is

What a great experience! There are so many options and of course if they don't have it, they'll make it. I needed a fair bit of help choosing the vanities and quartz to match. Navdeep was so very patient and so helpful with her knowledge and colour co-ordination suggestions and to help me meet my budget costs. It took me a long time to decide and I know I interrupted her lunch. Navdeep even offered me her tea that was just delivered to her because I said I was hungry. That's what I call great customer service! Manu was also very helpful with my fixture selection. He gave honest advise about one particular faucet which immediately proved a genuine concern for giving a customer the best value for their money. I can't wait for the Vevo frameless shower doors. We went searching for fittings for our new washroom and after an extensive search, we arrived at Vision Vanities. I must say, we were impressed with the level of service and the range of products that were available. The products' pricing was very competitive. Good value for money. As for the service, Manu Walia, the Sales Manager, was extremely helpful, efficient and knew his business very well. Sunil, one of the Sales Associates, who, also serviced us, was friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge. These gentlemen are truly assets to this great place. I would go back there in a heart beat and would truly recommend this place to all homeowners

Serendipity brought me to Vision Vanities, I happened to be in the area and googled vanities and google maps directed me to Vision Vanities (first to the warehouse and from there I was given directions to the showroom).

I needed a left offset vanity and there didn't seem to be any around. Luckily I was greeted by a friendly young woman named Soni who explained to me that the company could easily make one to order.

I returned a few days later to order the vanity and this time met with Manu, the sales manager. Immediately we were impressed by his sincerity and his willingness to listen to our wants and needs. The price for the item was very reasonable, especially for the quality and workmanship.

I would highly recommend this company.

We had a big order and didn't want to deal with anyone else except Manu. Booked an appointment with him, spent almost 2 hours and was worth every second! He's extremely knowledgeable, funny and passionate about his work. Drew everything for me because I was very picky and was patient with daughters. Definitely happy with the service and attention Sunny provides. He even remembered our choices a couple of weeks later when we returned to finalize the purchase. The selection of materials, finishes, and quartz counter tops are good. Sunny even made a custom change to the vanity we wanted for a reasonable cost.
