Found Terra Contracting extremely professional/efficient and customer service oriented from the bidding process at the start to the end and completion of the project.
One of only a very few contractors I used that started and finished the project on the promised timeline.
Quote was competitive, and the work was done right, very happy with our deck and surrounding landscape.
Perfection is rare if it impossible with most renovation projects but these guys pretty much did it, quickly and fully addressing a couple of small concerns we had along the the way. Thank you Isaac and Terra, would not hesitate to recommend or use you again ourselves.

We hired Isaac and Terra to replace 80ft of fence in our backyard and couldn't be more impressed with the work they did. Communication was easy and they were clear about what was included in the quote they provided. there were no changes or last minute surprises. They would arrive on time and worked hard to complete our project quickly and efficiently. The work was done with care and was of very high quality. They did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards and treated our property like to was their own. All in all, not a negative thing to say, and we love our new fence!

The company has finished sod installation and it looked nice at the beginning I have also installed the sprinkler system. Lawn has been watered every morning according to instructions..
But after couple of months grass was in very poor condition.
I’ve asked around about the sodding . It was bad quality of sod.

Hi Guys, so first of all I wanna thank Joseph and his team for an amazing work that they have done to our walkway, porch and Stairs. We Hired Terra Contracting guys as they did some work for our neighbours last year. And they did an amazing job for their backyard and front walkway. So I met Joseph and his team last year. So I already knew how hard they work. And are extremely professional, they never say no to anything like in our case we told them to do something extra on the side Joseph never says no and did it. They clean up in the end like nothing ever happened. So no wonder why they have 5 star rating. So, these guys are Ohnest, professional, hardworking and promises to deliver to your expectations 100 percent. If there were more than 5 stars I would definitely give them more. So hopefully next year I am calling these guys again for my backyard.

The brothers, Joseph, Isaac & Kyle are very professional to deal with. They surely know their craft and highly skilled to finish the project on time.

We were bit clueless except we wanted our backyard to look prim with deck. From first conversation, Isaac came across as very professional giving good time and suggestions with options.
