Had various jobs around our condo to be completed including repair of lifted laminate, ceiling painting, paint touch ups, re-caulking in the bathroom and repairing of dings in the wall. Terry always showed up on time, was friendly, courteous and on budget. Have recommended him to family who have also been happy with his work. Will be using his services for an upcoming project in our new house.

Terry was not super fast, but was meticulous in his work. He had a can-do attitude and was great with coming up with solutions for all our problems. He provided excellent customer service - something we've never had with any other contractors. He was also right on with his estimate. I found him to be honest and competent in his work. He also kept the area clean after each work day - we never came back to a mess - he kept his work area clean so that we could live during the renos (and we really appreciated it). We have a gorgeous showroom-like bathroom now and we'd recommend him to any friends/family that needed to do some renovations and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Terry is a very professional and trust worthy contractor. He is able to listen to what is requested, clarify as need and execute with skill and class; he impressed us from first the time we met.

We entrusted Terry with our home while on a two week vacation. It was nice to be able to go away and relax knowing things were well in hand. It was even better to come home to new tile floors in the entryway, powder, master and spare bath rooms. Two newly re-tiled the tub surrounds, walls patched and painted in all three bathrooms - absolutely going above and beyond to make the place look wonderful.

Not only did he do all that but he co-ordinated the installation of the granite counters in the kitchen, and re-tiled the back splash and the fireplace.

It was a complete transformation and he took the time to protect our new carpets and walls and clean up all the mess afterwards.

Terry is personable and reliable. He showed up every day, on time and in a good mood. He is very careful and cleans up each day, ensuring the site is kept safe. He did a great job, had some good ideas and I am very pleased with the work which included framing, drywall, painting and trimwork.

I've used Terry three times in the last month for work on my rental properties. Once was to fix a leaking pipe in the ceiling and repair the drywall. The other two times was to install laminate floor and baseboard. What impresses me with Terry is his attention to detail and his quality workmanship. For example, Terry recommended screwing down the subfloor (which was initially nailed) before installing the laminate to eliminate the existing noisy creaks. Will definitely use again....

We purchased a 23-year old home with original washrooms(2). We had renovation designs in mind, shared them Mr. Fearon and asked him to do the renovations. We purchased the majority of the materials, Mr. Fearon purchased other materials on our behalf. The renovation included removal of all plumbing fixtures, cabinets, tile, flooring, lighting,etc., and in the master ensuite, some wallboard to ensure no mold problem existed. Mr. Fearon installed all required new wallboard, flooring tile, cabinets, ensuite shower enclosure (including custom shower pan), guest tub/shower, lighting fixtures, in all, everything required to renovate the washrooms to luxury hotel like appearance. The work proceed timely with frequent updates (with pictures), even while we were on vacation, and in a most professional manner. Mr. Fearon was communicative, friendly, suggestive with possible design changes, and above all, professional. We will soon be undertaking the renovation of the kitchen and have already approached Mr. Fearon to be involved in that project.
