While on vacation, the gas company replaced our gas meter. Our hot water heater could not be reconnected due to a break in the venting to the outside. A trusted friend recommended Nuru. He came the same day, when he said he'd be there. He told me my options and after talking with my husband we decided on the tankless water heater. It was installed the day Nuru said it would be. He took care to cover my floors and carpeting so when removing the old tank the debris would be contained. He even went so far as to move my freezer to accommodate the new water heater. He did a very professional job and I absolutely LOVE my tankless water heater! Thank you Nuru.

I absolutely love my stove, thanks to Nuru and Applied Energy. Installation went smooth; he had all the necessary tools to work with. He was careful with my $2K+ stove and connected the gas line from the basement into the kitchen without any problems.

He also provided recommendations on how best to use it and and then came back 1 day later because I thought there was a gas leak. It turned out I was wrong and everything was ok with the gas line. I can't thank him enough for his personal service and concern for my family's safety.

* We were advised of the cost to repair our dated unit (13 years old) and advised of possible options if we decided to replace the unit
* after doing some research we decided to replace the dated unit by installing Nuru's suggested unit which fitted within our budget
* Replacement/removal of old unit was done within a day and work area was immaculate
* We also purchased a humidifier which was installed at the same time
* We had a leaky pipe which is attached to the humidifier and Nuru advised us to turn off the pipe as he would pass by the next day to resolve the issue which he did
* Follow up service was/is very good and he went the extra mile with assisting us filling out the required forms to obtain our rebate which we just received

I have been using Applied Energy for a few years now and I keep coming back. Nuru the owner is an honest, ethical and knowledgeable person.

The first time I met him I had a problem with a water heater that was red tagged. Nothing wrong with the water heater just new building codes and a situation where there were multiple water heaters. I got a quote from a company that required me paying $5000 to get the problem fixed. Nuru came over the same day and gave me a solution that would not have cost me a cent. I decided to go another route and have him do a new installation for me. His price was very reasonable and he did the work the very next morning. He has since then done the following for me or clients of mine:
