Working with Tomer was an excellent experience. His team was professional, hard working, and they demonstrated a strong attention throughout the project. Tomer provided straight forward advice and I appreciated his honesty. I'm thrilled with the result and will definitely work with Living Construction again.

Tal Amir and his team did an unbelievable job in our home. They were reliable, hardworking and and very honest. Their job was impeccable, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tomar and Tal completed my basement unit which was left incomplete by other contractor. Tomar was helpful in taking this project during busy time of the year for renovation. This was second property that they have worked on for me. I find them reliable and do what they say would do. I will hire them again.

We had planned a very small renovation that became much larger as a result of other things (waterproofing, new furnace) and Tal and his LC team were flexible and accommodating as the job and timeline changed. They always showed up when they said they would, did excellent work (even doing more than expected without adding cost) and fulfilled the entire scope of work on time and within our budget.
When the job was finished we had a very minor issue so we called Tal. He had Shlomo at our house that day to fix the problem. Great customer service and follow up!

We found Living construction on HomeStars. After interviewing several contractors, we decided to hire Tomer and Tal to provide us the services, because we felt they have shown good knowledge and experience about the areas we wanted to renovate.

Overall, Tomer and Tal led their crew to provide us a good job for our reno project. Major works include renovating the entire basement, replacing the entire flooring for 3-level floors, updating a master room washroom, relocating the main floor power room, tearing down a structural wall between the living and family rooms. They not only provided us on-hands work on many specific tasks, but also provided the project management to coordinate other tasks/ deliveries arranged via our other contractors. Tomer, Tal, and their crew were good to work with during the reno process. They always came on site on-time and work promptly on any follow-ups we asked for.

We hired Tomer and Tal for our master bathroom renovation. They were very friendly and professional with their services. I always respect people who are punctual and they were just that. They estimated a duration time for the job and it was completed with great quality and in time, as promised. Very communicative during the renovation in making sure we were happy every step of the way and accommodating any last minute changes. Couldn't be any happier and will recommend to everyone I know.

Tal is a fantastic guy to deal with. He’s honest, trustworthy relaxed and funny.

We recently purchased a 4000sq ft house in rough shape. I tried to save money by finding trades for each job that was needed. Tal’s price substantially beat any price that I could find and I got many quotes. Having a professional like Tal look over several different trades was tremendously valuable. He has significant pull with all his trades to get things done because he gives them so much business. We ran into a few snags along the way and Tal was able to keep us on budget and on time.

Our house was sold as a tear down and after Tal did his magic for a month, it’s stunning. We recently got the property valued by our realtor and he told us Tal created $200K of value and we only put in $30k. We gave the realtor his contact info. He said the work was top notch and couldn’t believe the price.

I will use Tal for my future projects and would highly recommend him to family, friends and clients.

My wife and I just bought our first house, and the place needed a bunch of patching and a fresh paint job. A friend of ours recommended Tomer, who had just painted his basement. After getting three quotes Tomer's was the most affordable, and he also made us feel like he new what he was doing. Once the job started Tomer was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about the house. As a first time buyer, I was totally in the dark about a lot, and Tomer patiently explained a number of things about the house, and gave some much needed advice. Initially we were only going to have the place painted, but one of the walls needed new drywall, and we needed new quarter round in a bunch of places, so Tomer offered to take care of those jobs as well, since his team was already on site. They did an excellent job, for a fair price, we were more than happy with their work. I would highly recommend Tomer and his team for your next job.

Totally delighted to come home from a vacation and have our house freshly painted! Tal and Tomer are a terrific team who have done work for us previously and are knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, courteous and affordable. They are also adept in so many areas that they can offer the full deal!

I am a happy customer of a company that stood by its promise of quality, cost estimate and timely completion of a project which included full renovation of two bathrooms replacement of all interior doors in the house, electrical wiring and installation of electrical fixtures, plumbing, bathroom, wall and floor tiling, wall movement and painting, floor finishing and more.
All has been done as promised including many unavoidable changes requested by me while the work was in progress.
