Jason was great to work with. He is prompt, honest and professional. He will tell you what needs to be done, but almost as important, what does not. Saving money and time is always appreciated! I had another quote for almost twice the price as what Jason charged me, plus he took my old dishwasher away for a very reasonable fee. I will be calling Jason for all my appliance needs from now on.

Jayco was great. I called him in a panic becasue my freezer wasn't working. He made time to come out that day so my food would not spoil. He was knowlegable, professional, organized and incredibly friendly. I will definitely call him again!

Jay was prompt, courteous & extremely professional. He not only pinpointed the problem but also took the time to explain his findings & how he eliminated the other possibilities. I highly recommend using Jay for any appliance related issues & will definitely use him again when we have any issues. His attitude/pricing were in stark contrast to a certain major appliance store where we had made our original purchase of this fridge 7 years ago....
