They were great. They dug out our basement. Three guys showed up with two wheelbarrows and some shovels. It was done in no time. They were quick, pleasant and did a great job. Our children were young at the time and they were kind to our children.

Tony, Pat and crew are delightful to do work with, they went step by step what the procedure was going to be and followed the exactly their plan while waterproofing my home. Thanks to them my basement is dry now.

I hired Pat and Tony to lower our basement in early March during an extreme and unprecedented cold snap. Our basement was originally only 6 feet and was lowered to 8 feet and consisted of rock solid clay earth.

Throughout the process Pat, Tony and their crew were not only well organized but extremely knowledgeable, patient and very professional. They clearly explained all steps of the process and were very accommodating when we made unanticipated changes to our basement design. Their recommendations for our basement drain layout, coupled with practical solutions for our bathroom and laundry needs were invaluable.

Throughout the course of their work both Tony and Pat demonstrated a straight forward and ethical approach which resulted in the project being completed ahead of schedule. What we also appreciated was that our property was safely secured with all efforts made to keep us as warm as possible during the bitter cold by insulating our basement windows securely every evening. At the end of the project we were also very impressed at how clear of debris our property was and how it was restored to its original condition.

Tricolour is an excellent company to deal with. From beginning of our project to the very end, Tricolour was top notch. Project included full underpinning of our house/foundation, new sewer pipes, installation of sump pump and backflow valve, interior weeping tiles, delta membrane, basement floor and subsequently a full cement driveway. Their estimate was accurate and never changed, they delivered as promised, crew worked steady and didn't waste time. Very efficient and excellent work i.e. best materials and specs, worked with architectural plans and permits, pleasant and efficient crew members, kept a clean and safe work site (including being very mindful of neighbours who had children). Yes, we did our comparisons and found that Tricolour is fully insured (a lot of companies are not), have great references and happy customers, now including us. No hesitation recommending this company. First rate. Their price was very competitive and was great value.

Pat's work is top notch. Honest, hard working and knows how to do the job properly at a reasonable price. They have completed a few jobs for me, all of which were taken care of with excellent quality and service. I will for sure be calling them in the near future.

Bar none, the best contractors that I dealt with for the 13 month renovation project I did to my home. They were at my house daily at 7am, they were always friendly and very nice to deal with.
