Moved into a new home, discovered that the previous owner had two cats! I am allergic. Called and spoke to the lovely Sophia and we arranged for the technicians to come out. They sent an email confirmation of the job and date and then prior to coming out they called to say that they were on their way! Damian and Errol arrived promptly. These two gentlemen were amazing. The duct work was filthy and they showed me the pics as they went along so that I could see what they were doing. Not only did they do an amazing job, they also re cleaned the Ac ( a job that was supposedly done the previous week... but done very badly! By another company) They then proceeded to clean the furnace ( after I asked if they did that kind of work) at NO CHARGE. The men took their time and made sure that the job was done thoroughly. I would recommend this company without hesitation! They are excellent. I will be using them to clean the ducts in 5 years and to clean the AC and furnace next season.

This was by far the best work I've seen. The guys were so helpful and a pleasure to be around. They took the time to educate me and show me the work they were doing. Not only did they do a great job but they also offered their time after seeing that I was ripped off by an unofficial company. I recommend everyone to use these guys. One thing I've learned is to never go with guys who call you and offer a cheap price, go with a company and do your research. They were clean, professional and just perfection. Thank you again!

Excellent service ! They had to reschedule an appointment, but gave us a Tim Horton's card for the inconvenience caused. Did a very thorough, professional job .. we had opted for the healthy home package at 330 CAD which included all vents, A/C coil cleaning, furnace cleaning and 3 bathroom exhaust fans along with the central vac cleaning and this was done in around 3 hours .. excellent work and happy to recommend them.

Since moving into my 80-something year old house, I've been having massive coughing attacks and decided we needed our ducts cleaned pronto. I am confident that I received the best service in the industry as Damien spent over 6 hours vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting. He always took the time to explain what he was doing. Even when I kept nodding and smiling, he kept making sure I understood what he was doing and I learned a lot in the process. My ducts were a nightmare complete with 2 dead mice and some ancient knick knacks, among other things! Damien took a lot of before and after pictures as well. He is professional, honest and operates with integrity.
No disrespect to the other top competitors, but Duct Cleaning Depot provides the best VALUE. They are the most affordable, and do everything the other guys do, only better. Damien's dedication really shows, and my family, pet rabbit and I look forward to the next 5 years of breathing in clean air. They were very professional and did an excellent job getting rid of all the pet hair and other things from the previous owner. They explained everything and worked very hard for hours with a smile on their face. Great to work with!

This is simply the best company I have ever dealt with for any home service. I arranged for Duct Cleaning for my parents house and my new home. Damian and Leo arrived 15 minutes early. Damian took the time to explain the job to us and point out issues with previous duct cleaning. The team used red carpet to ensure no floor was scratched which really is a nice touch. Damian and Leo were thorough, meticulous and courteous. Damian also took photos to show the difference between the Ducts before and after. 10 Stars is not enough for the work completed, give them 15. After reviewing several companies on Homestars, I decided to book Duct Cleaning Depot to do our home. On the day of service they were running a little behind and twice called to update me on their progress which was much appreciated. Damian explained exactly what they were going to do and they were very thorough in getting to hard to reach areas. He even made some minor repairs to ductwork that was improperly installed. The initial quote was more than competitive and there were no extras charged even though they provided extra service. I would not hesitate to recommend Duct Cleaning Depot to anyone.
