Our house had never had the ducts cleaned and we were battling dust issues. We opted for the Ultimate Service Package which provided us the most services for our dollar after shopping around with various other companies. They were competitively priced with upfront and accurate quotes.
Damian and Dean were punctual and professional. They were honest about our issues, worked efficiently and tidied up after themselves. They were friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. We were shown before and after photos of their work which gave us piece of mind that the job was done well.

Damian and Dean did a thorough cleaning on my duct system. I never expected Damian to be that thorough. I know because I followed them around. He always keep on checking the ducts he is cleaning by taking pictures inside and if he is not satisfied he will continue doing the cleaning. I never expected them to be this good. I am glad I hired them to the the job. Damian opened and checked my furnace blower, it was not that dirty he said but cleaned it anyway without charging me extra.

I have read many review before calling the good people at The Duct Cleaning Depot and I am glad I did. Damian and his assistant Dean came this morning and worked on cleaning my ducts, dryer and bathroom vents until the early afternoon. Damian took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why it was necessary. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to get this wok done. I gave Duct Cleaning a very short notice to clean my 3-garage detached house in Richmond Hill. This was in October 2014 (sorry, Damian. I kept postponing writing this). He came himself. He spent a lot of time cleaning my house. I also needed him to clean another house on a short notice. He sent another crew to do a wonderful job. Recently my house underwent major renovation. I am going to get his services again. For sure !

Duct Cleaning Depot came in to clean our ducts after being in our new home for 9 months. We have had our stair case sanded and re-stained 3 times and I have severe sinus issues.
They were very punctual, professional and explained and showed me what was done and preventative maintenance that should be done going forward.

Punctual, polite, courteous, friendly, solid work ethic, before and after pics, clearly explained, no hidden charges. My house has awkward parking, but they made the best of a bad situation and didn't charge me a dime extra. Other companies started to layer on charges without even checking out the set-up. I would recommend Duct Cleaning Depot in a heart beat.

Two techs showed up and were very courteous and friendly. The procedure was explained in detail and they worked solid for about 3 hours. I was shown before-and-after of the job when they were done and they were very meticulous and thorough. I was very pleased with the service I received, the techs were very friendly and professional and I will definitely recommend their services! :)

Two of the Dust Cleaning Depot guys came over the weekend. Before starting, he explained to us how and where they were going to start. They worked starting from 2nd floor to the basement for about 3 hours. At the end of the procedure, he showed us the before/after pictures inside the vent. Very friendly and professional. i will definitely call for their service again!

My dryer and vent were in terrible shape.. absolutely clogged. The team spent over 2 hours cleaning my ducts as well as the dryer and then took the time to properly hook my dryer back up. (previously the dryer was not properly connected to the vent)
