Painting By The Whitehouse

I’m a contractor so I use Painting By the White House for a number of projects. Scott always does great work, always clean, always on time. One thing I would ask is he buy me a coffee every once in a while (haha). But other than that great service.

Painting by The Whitehouse did a fantastic job repainting halls, doors, trim and baseboards in my home. From the initial estimate by Scott to the painting job by Ross, this was a positive experience. Paint lines between trim work and walls, and trim and floors, are straight and we'll done. Ross did an excellent job, arrived on time daily and left a neat work space at the end of the work day. I would gladly refer Painting By the Whitehouse to anyone looking for a painting company.

This company painted my entire apartment. I found them to a great job as they were both very neat and tidy and came when they said they would. I found this company through the internet and decided they would be a good fit. I am impressed with the job and they did everything as expected.

Painting by the Whitehouse painted my two bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchen, and living room. They did a fairly good job. I found them through a friend and would continue to use them.

Painting by the Whitehouse painted our whole house interior walls. At first we initially thought the paint job was great but afterwards we realized the jobs was not so good. First of all, the company did not accept the agreed upon price and had to end up paying an extra $1,000. There were tons of problems thus causing them to come back and re-fix. Despite the fact they came in the problems kept continuing to reoccur. I believe the problem is that company did not properly remove all the dry wall dust before painting; therefore, causing the paint to re-peel. I really did like the job they did but after everything I am pretty disappointed. I found this company via google and we did an interview process.

Scot and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of our whole house. They where very neat, and worked at a quick pace. Scot was very helpful choosing colours and very knowledgeable about colours. We had an excellent experience.

Doing business with this company has been a significant disappointment to me. I hired this company to paint my entire house prior to my moving in, including trim and doors. There were multiple problems during the work time, including forgetting to paint second coats on the kitchen wall, leaving drips on the kitchen bulkhead, failure to finish painting over the old paint on the kitchen bulkhead, splashing trim paint on the new floors and poor quality paint or prep work that has left me with paint that PEELS off with the slightest bump or scrape. In addition, the company only put one coat of paint on my basement walls, failing to cover the original dark green, claiming the lighting was bad, so they did not know. As a result, I have had to purchase more paint and am repainting the entire basement myself.
The last and final insult has come when despite the contract saying that they would donate 10% of their profits to the charity of my choice, and despite several emails with Scott saying he would send a cheque, my charity has never received the promised donation. Shame on this company for poor workmanship and for not keeping their word.

Scot & his crew did a wonderful job painting our apartment. We are a newly wed couple and this is our first place. Painting By The Whitehouse were so nice and friendly and did such a great job helping us make our first place our first home. Thanks Scot
