We purchased a new home build from Dolce Vita. We live out of province in Ontario and we were very happy with the sales staff and customer service we received throughout the entire process right to the finished product. Dolce Vita kept us updated, sent photos, and kept us informed via email and telephone calls which was extremely important being out of province. Dolce Vita delivered a quality finished home with excellent customer service during and after construction!

We built our first home with Dolce Vita and they were exceptional. From the beginning to the end they helped us find the right home for our first home. They helped us work within our budget, taught us how to maintain our first home and have been very prompt with their service. If you are looking for a trustworthy builder, with great customer service go with Dolce Vita!

Wish our experience was better when working with Dolce Vita. As first time home owners you would hope for a better outcome and we felt we did not get the most out of our experience with the company. I wish I could say I enjoyed working with the company, but unfortunately this is not the case.

Our experience from purchase to construction, possession to warranty work has been excellent. All Dolce Vita employees and contractors that we have interacted with have been professional, knowledgeable and kind. One employee told me that they don’t put anything into the homes that they build that they wouldn’t want in their own homes, and I believe that. We have been extremely pleased with the process and final product; we love our new home!

Frustrated with visiting Big Box show homes (who let you walk thru show homes and then only can you ask questions), we went to Dolce Vita homes as our last showhome to visit. Amazingly Emma Wellman the sales manager at Robinson Leduc took us through the showhome explaining each and every aspect of Quality build of Dolce Vita Homes, she said never mind you came to look at this showhome, i will explain all that you want to know about Dolce Vita Homes. Emma had our price in mind all the time and recommended a model for us within our budget.

We tried to frustrate her with lots of questions with no luck and she would simply answer it with a smile. Once we signed up and put our deposit, Emma showed similiar show home 4 times, and though our the building process, she would say 'hey there is one of you same home 80% complete do you want to see it?' (good luck even calling your sales guy wtih other builders). What i want to say is that there is no where you will get this kind of customer service backed by Quality Build. We got possession 2 months before schedule and enjoyed the new home before winter set in.

We have lived in our home for 2 months now and are super happy with the entire process and quality of our home. I would recommend Dolce Vita and Emma Wellman (Leduc Robinsons) to any new home buyer, unless you prefer big box large scale home builder and deal with lot of ego's, frustrations and issues.

The drywall guy was not good
When he returned to sand the wall he made assumptions that I added mud to the area and when I said nobody touched it he still insinuated that somebody touched it. His personal skills are not very good. After sanding he left drywall dust all along the floor and baseboard.

The painter however was great, he was fast and cleaned up after himself

We got very nice,super quality built, brand new home from them.from start to finish Dolce Vita was excellent. Muhammad at the show home was super friendly and helpful.overall experience is excellent. We are very happy with our new home.
