The attention to detail of Braeden was greatly appreciated. I felt that he cared about our home as if it were his own. Caroline and Braeden definitely made this experience great. Both were very attentive and kept us happy the entire process. I have only positive things to say about both of them. They were professional and went above and beyond at every opportunity.

We built with Dolce Vita Homes three years ago and we are now dealing with a third leak (this time or roof) . We have been through 5 weeks of mold remediation due to the first two leaks. Our upstairs ceiling is all cracking and falling in every room on the top floor (act of nature according to Dolce Vita) windows fill with ice every winter (normal for Windows to do this in Alberta according to Dolce Vita). You have to constantly call and ask when repairs will be completed and then be accused of being aggressive by Dolce Vita. When repairs finally get done, they leave your house in complete filth for you to clean up. If you want to fight for what you paid for and if you want horrible customer service, then build with Dolce Vita Homes because that's what you will receive after they take your hard earned money

We were so excited to start a new build. Spent months or choose the finishes. Sold our home in record time. (Thank you Lisa Davies) and put down our deposit. And waited, and waited and waited. 9 months in and still no site action. As our 1year deposit protection was quickly expiring a lawyer suggested we contact to rewrite the contract. Dolce Vita would have none of this. We were able to cancel due to some errors on their part (using 2004 contract forms being one) they told us way along that we could not have a window that initially they said "most likely we could" why did it take 9months to tell us this? Any ways lessons learned. USE A REALTOR!!!!

The house was built and is now listed at Less than we were going to pay.

From the moment we walked into the show home we knew we wanted to build with Dolce Vita. The sales associates were friendly and helpful and made you feel less like a customer and more like a friend. The best part of the whole process was how great they were at communicating. Heather and Quinn knew how excited we were and their emails to us always reflected their excitement for us as well! They sent us weekly updates with pictures through the whole process and and were always quick to respond when we had any questions. We had a few little issues that they were quick and happy to fix for us. Everyone we have dealt with along the way has been great! We have lived in this home for just about a year now and although we never plan to leave, if we did, we'd build with Dolce again!

Great up front customer service who sell you on the quality they provide.......until they have your money then the customer service turns to poor, then to non existent as time goes on. You have to fight for any repairs that are needed, and as soon as they can cut you loose they will, leaving you with a house that is crumbling. There is no quality control when it comes to the sub-trades and their work. If the sub-trade does a crappy job then expect a fight to get it repaired or replaced. Our floor tiles kept letting loose and after the tile store/installer stated it wasn't an installation issue Dolce refused to do anything about it further and left us on our own. Now we have tile floors that are less then 3 years old and have tiles popping up (multiple times over the 3 years). We have had other multiple issues that have been a fight spanning over a year each and resulted in repairs. Dolce Vita counts of stretching out any complaints hoping the consumer will just give up and go away. I would never recommend them nor use them again. There were a couple people who were good; Shawn - the 1st CSR and Daryl - the Site Superintendent. Unfortunately they work for Ed Dover who ruined what should have been a better experience of buying a home. Dolce Vita build houses (not great ones either), they do not build Homes!

The sales manager was amazing , super nice and really helpful!
She helped me pick all the colors, the wood and the different kinds of lights,sink,handles,cabinets,etc. She was extremly helpful and wonderful. She followed up with me weekly and made me feel very comfortable. very happy with my choice.

Very poor customer service. Nearly a year and a half after moving in I have a very bad grading issue that is causing lots of water to pool on my foundation, nearly coming in my basement window.
