Liberty Security

I am very happy with the security system I had installed by Liberty. I use it all the time & feel very safe. The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable & polite. I love that they are Edmonton based & if I did have any issues with my system it wouldn't take long for them to have a technician at my place to service it.

Liberty Security rep told me I would save between 10% - 30% on my home insurance. Because of this savings, I purchase the security system and sign up for a 5 year contract. After I had everything hooked up, I called my home insurance and they told me I save 2% on my home insurance. This means I am out a couple thousand dollars because Liberty Security tricked me. DO NOT purchase this system! You will not get the savings they try to make you believe!!!!!! They should be shut down!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

We heard about liberty and their ability to connect you to your home from your phone from a friend who had received it from a guy that knocked on their door. We had looked into getting something like this already, so it was a easy choice when we looked into the many accolades that Liberty has received over the years.

Anytime we need to get a hold of someone, they're available - whether the alarm is tripped or we need to change something on our billing. They are easy to work with and they make security worry free for us.

We are very happy we finally got a system, and Liberty made it painless and affordable!

Been a client since 2008 after switching from another established provider. The system is affordable, works well and the service provision is excellent. New product info would be an improvement though.
