We had a system install done recently with automatic door locks, smoke detectors, flood sensors and motion detectors. The software is very user friendly and customer service has been outstanding.

Alarm service

Dave and Landon both came in and set up our whole house for the alarm system. They were both professional, systematic and friendly. Made sure everything worked well before they left and that I knew how to work everything. Really easy to get a hold of Landon for any further questions afterwards. Would highly recommend using them.

Home Security System

We felt extremely comfortable and appreciative for the time the sales associate spent with us not only reviewing the different options and explaining the companies values but also trying to get to know us on a more personal level to really understand our needs and concerns.

We would highly recommend Liberty to others in the market for a Home Security System and even if you aren’t, as we weren’t initially either when approached by a competitor, to give them a chance to explain what they have to offer!

Security compamy

Richard has a great personality. Very personable and patient! The guy that came and did the install was very quick and quiet(I was on nightshift sleeping). Everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone were excellent! Great service!

Installation of new alarm system

Installer arrived on time. Evaluated the current installation to determine what could be reused.

Seemed to get things done in record time.

To date, everything has worked as advertised.

My only "complaint" is the smoke detector sets off the
alarm when the system is not armed. I'm told this is a feature. Now I have to make sure I don't burn dinner :)
