I misguided by their representative who visited my house for a free inspection of my Fureness and suggested to sign a monthly Protection plan service for $14.99. And it was no contract. I did and when I had a problem I called and it took them several weeks to send someone. When I called to cancel the service they said there is a $99 cancellation fee while they never mentioned that while promoting this monthly service and kept repeating that it is only a monthly protection and no contract.

I took a day off from work for the installation to find out that instead of sending the 2 people to install the water softener and humidifier, they only sent the person to install the water softener. There was a mix up so they said the person to install the humidifier had to come at night. The other disappointment was the reverse osmosis device, I had the expectation that the water was filtered and cold like the water I get at work but after the install, the water temperature was luke warm. I called and complained to the sales person "Sam" who said that he would look into it and call me back but still no call back weeks later. Disappointed in the service.

This company is horrible they rook you in on their equipment Then tell you your stuck with it for 10yrs whether you sell the house or not.
Their service is horrible. They do automatic withdrawl but they screw up and withdrawal 3 time in 1 month....make you overdrawn but dont care.You tell them you cant afford it but yet again they don't care.. put you in debt and still wont cancel contract.
DONT EVER SIGN WITH THESE PEOPLE There are hidden rules they dont tell you till after its roo late

Mike from Simply Comfort was great. He was knowledgeable, informative, efficient and very friendly. He explained things very well as we had questions about our hepa filter, thermostat, humidifier and more. We highly tecommend him.

I have got dwindled by these guys for a large amount of money and all they do is open a new company to continue operating.

Don't be fooled by these guys, they are not looking out for your interests. They're money hungry savages.

I received a home visit from Ugur Lafci (Ozzy) and his associate and they were very detail oriented, polite and provided me with a wealth of information. They were able to provide me with a new NEST thermostat and made arrangements to have a new HEPA air filtration system installed on the same day.
I am very much looking forward to working with Simply Smart as I feel that I am now better equipped to maintain my current furnace and AC units with confidence.

I am totally impressed with the speed and efficiency with my filter installation. My technian Jordan Methe, was also helpful in providing tips on furnace filter maintenance and best practices.

Shawn and Yuri came to look at my broken furnace, both were extremly qualified and professional. Shawn explained everything to me and did not try to force sell anything, he explained the benefits and let me decide. Once the installations appoinments were set up the lead installer Cameron came promtly both times (once for the furnace and another for the tankless). Cameron and his associated were polite, professional and took care to clean up when done. Would recommend.

Dushan and Daniel arrived at my home promptly and courteously to install my Nest thermostat. While Daniel installed the Nest, Dushan took the time to look at my heating/cooling system and water tank. He advised that he could not only upgrade my unit but save me money in the process. Having my bills and payment history at hand, it was easy to verify and make a decision to install a new water tank, replacing the 14 year old one we were still making monthly rental payments on from another provider. Great service.

I purchased new furnace and new tankless water heater from Simply Comfort in October 2015. Their Sale was friendly and their Technician seemed knowledgeable. The contracts I signed were similar to a"Lease to Own" kind of contract. It is split into 120 payments and then I will own the appliances. The lease price is way more than buying it up front. They charged you high for the finance need. However, the Sale person never explained to me that they will increase that lease price year by year (this year they increase it by 3%). The lease contract includes a yearly inspection but you have to take initiative to call them to come. The technician who came scared me that my air con is not OK (leaking water in certain part0, my water is too hard and you need new air con and water softener, etc. They just wanted to sell. I ended up have to hire another technician to give me second opinion and found out that all those are not necessary. If you lease to own a car, the car company will not put up the lease price every year. I work in finance field and I do not understand their logic. You really have to read all the tiny print details on the contract before you sign. Don't rely on the Sale to explain it to you. I gave them a rating 2 because Lennox appliances are of good quality. I personally would not recommend this supplier to my friends or relatives.
