I was having issues with my well - Drain Right showed up at the scheduled time, diagnosed the issue and provided me a detailed quote on site. They returned 2 days later to do all the work needed and all is running smoothly now!

The water in my house started to change colour because of some contamination in my Well, I reached out to Drain Right Now Inc. via text (as it was late) and heard back from Tyler right away.

He was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He helped us diagnose what was going on and helped put a plan in motion to get the water back to normal. I am so thankful for his assistance and professionalism! My water got back to normal and it's all thanks to him!

The system was over 20 years old

I had a major issue with my sump pump. Several plumbers tried to fix but it kept leaking. Tyler was able to property diagnose the issue and repair it.

Tyler immediately responded with original call, and emailed directions on turning off or redirecting water for leaking cylinder.
Mike made the technical call, was absolutely excellent and disconnected , found short, problem, and we now have water . We are on septic and well. If we notice a continued problem we will call back and they will come back to test water to see if any new equipment is needed to filter water. Excellent service, informative, do not try to sell what you may not need!! Very impressed! I have used them previous years, bought sump pump from them, and was impressed back in 2017! Mike was our tech then! He is most knowledgeable and soooo nice to deal with! checks, inspects everything thoroughly before leaving! 10 plus company

We dealt with Tyler regarding a back up sump pump we needed upgraded and installed. He was always prompt at responding to any messages and very fair in the pricing of the work. Mike came and did the work and the job was done at the highest level of quality I've seen from a plumber.

About 2 months later we found the two way check valve on the back up sump had a small crack and was leaking. Not only did they replace the valve at no cost but did so the very same day we called!

I just can't say enough good about this exceptional business, highly recommended for any plumbing needs!

The foot valve failed in my water well leaving us with no water on a Friday of the long weekend, Jamie came right over and got us fixed up in a few hours!
