I took over property management for a house badly in need of parapet repair. Chris Pateropoulos conceived a solution that minimized the number of bricks required (thus reducing the cost without compromising the look of the finished product). His guys went over and above by tuckpointing a separate area where a clogged downspout had eroded the structure. My tenants said the workers were conscientious and safe throughout the reno. A deciding factor in going with their quote was that their services were unique in combining both the high elevation masonry work with the metal work to cap them off (other companies required me to look at two separate quotes). They are good.

Chris Paperopoulos, the business owner and gentleman who did the work is one of those rare individuals who cares deeply about the quality of his work and providing excellent service. After receiving 3 quotes for this project I contracted with Avenue Road Masonry to have my 100 year old chimney rebuilt plus some brick replacement. Chris was always on time; he presented and explained the work to be done, the risks, the costs, the options and the added costs (for hydro wires to be covered) involved. The Avenue Road quote was much less than the other two I received and Chris spent more time with me to ensure I understood everything. His team was efficient, always cleaned up as they went and did the job within the scheduled time frame.
