Roofing review in Strathmore

Beware this guy! Three years ago I had this firm replace the roofing on my lake house. It's a long story but this guy has $30,000 of mine that was given as a deposit, he gave me back $2500.00 and walked from the rest! He has a problem with telling the truth and is very smooth. I am not his only victim!

Jobs was done relatively quickly in the height of summer. Quote was very fair and James from Patribeck was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions, which we went for. We will be engaging Patribeck Construction Inc. for larger projects next year.

James from Patribeck climbed up on his ladder twice; firstly to look at the eavestrough condition and secondly to inspect the work done. He is very courteous and professional and this co.'s work is outstanding!

Roof

We had severe wind damage to the roof of our new house and Patribeck was one of three contractors to bid on replacing the roof. Their site inspection was very thorough and they suggested several alternative products to replace the original shingles. They were very clear about the benefits and drawbacks of each option and provided detailed time and cost estimates. The work took longer than anticipated because of bad weather but their crew worked very hard to finish by the deadline imposed by our daughters wedding at the house. During the work they cleaned up every night and secured the site. The new roof looks better than the original and is as weatherproof and windproof as a roof can be. They were very professional throughout and even followed up with a site visit long after the work was finished to make sure that the roof was performing to our expectations. They were not the cheapest of the three quotes but they did impress me with their professional approach and technical knowledge and the care they showed in installing the new roof. The end product is excellent and we are happy we chose Patribeck to do the work.
