I was very happy with the service provided by Jason. He was on time, efficient, reasonably priced and personable. He explained everything to me so I knew what he was doing, It didn't take him long and everything is now working great and I am very happy.

Friendly and polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. After using the snake to unclog my toilet the plumber assessed the reason as to why the multiple cloggings occurred then made a water level adjustment and tested to ensure it wasn't going to happen again.

Jason arrived on time and was very efficient he arrived with all the tools he needed and did not have to keep going back to his truck. He kept his work area very clean and tidy and when he was finished my kitchen seemed cleaner than when he arrived. Jason was very good at explaining the work he was doing and the potential cause of my problems. Not only did I get my drain unplugged and my bathtub leak fixed I also learned something always a sign of a good day. I have already recommended Jason to a couple of my friends.

Jason is great, super friendly and knowledgeable. Was very organized and efficient and helped explain what the issues were. We never used our fireplaces since moving in, one wasn't working and one needed a good clean up. Now we can have some peace of mind before turning them on with our toddler running around. We recently bought an older house and are slowly replacing all the plumbing in the house. I wanted to get an upgrade done to the line into the house and the laundry room and was lucky enough to find Jason to help out. He came in and did a very detailed estimate and described everything that needed to be done.

When the project started he was always on time and go things done in a very efficient fashion. While he was here he noticed some of the older gas fittings were leaking and repaired that along with finding that a leak in our gas fireplace wasn't as bad as we were lead to believe and fixed it for us right away.

I will certainly be looking to use Northern Spirit again for the rest of the plumbing work in our house!

Jason was exceptional. He was 15 minutes after the appointment time but he contacted me an hour before to say he was running a bit late. Great service and then he showed my husband how to fix the issue as it may occur again thanks to galvanized pipe. I would highly recommend him.

Jason is a fantastic guy. He did one heck of a job for us. He basically re-did our whole house, upstairs and downstairs, with new plumbing/pipes and corrected all the problems that existed. We would surely call him again for any plumbing work needed and we highly recommend him to others.

I called Jason to come do some small plumbing-related jobs for me. He cleared some drains and also prepared the new refrigerator to be hooked up. I thought he did a fine job. No complaints. He was prompt and his rates were acceptable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

Jason has done commercial plumbing work for us. I’ve recommended him to several people I know since he’s a good plumbing contractor and very professional. His rates are in line with others and he always does good job.
