The best experience. We moved from Alberta to Ontario, with no problem, and every item made it. Eric was transparent with it, including price, from start to finish. We were really impressed with the team of guys that picked our stuff up. They packed all our framed pictures and tv's with so much care and every box made it just like new when they dropped off. We had one super minor complaint that we brought up with Trey in customer service and he quickly fixed it without hesitation. So impressed with this company. Thank you!

Wonderful Job – Had a great move with Centennial. I moved from Vancouver to Aurora and we had a good amount of stuff. They came in and took care of all of our furniture and wrapped everything up to protect it. I was very pleased with how well the men worked and how they took care of my possessions. The delivery was just as perfect. I can say I had a great move and you can too. I will be using their services again.

We were late to reserve Pacific's services with some uncertainty around our house sale, everyone I spoke with was incredibly professional and upfront. Marian in the front office was responsive and very clear about pricing, availability, next steps, answering questions etc. Mike and the guys handling the move were then unbelievable: still can’t believe how quickly they moved everything out-and-in. All positive things to say. This was our second time using professional movers and when we use them again my first call will be to Pacific–can’t express enough how satisfied with the service! I spoke with John to arrange our move and he was on it! Professional, polite, and efficient. I was sent reminders and given all info up front so there would be no surprises on the days of my move. Dima and Igor were our movers for my office. They were on time, polite, hard-working, and professional. They never complained, were in constant motion and wasted no time in getting the job done and doing it very well. They took care of my possessions by wrapping everything and treated it with great respect. If I ever move again, I will call and request these two again. My experience with this team was exceptional. This was our second major move that involved both cross-province transfer and storage. Our move was very successful thanks to the efforts of all involved. Our rep who considerable time with us explaining all the intricacies of the move and the options available to us to things like storage and insurance. He then spent about 2 hours doing a complete inventory of our belongings and the options that we had for our valuable artworks. In the end, all went great. The back office team was great, and the two different move teams (loading in one province and unloading in another) were outstanding. They all worked as a team and were very focused on us and our satisfaction. Thanks to all for a great experience.

We did a big move across Canada; Toronto to BC. Pacific Moving had a great crew to load in Toronto, stored it for a few weeks and the delivery crew in BC were great, pleasant and put everything where it was labelled to go. When I unpacked, everything was in great shape.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done! The loaders were efficient, quick and so thoughtful. Very polite and considerate, asked lots of questions. They definitely knew what they were doing. On-time on both days, and finished early on both days. Would highly recommend, and am definitely using them again as soon as I find a new place.

This year I got married to my fiance from another city! But I was stressed out and even getting depressed because of my move! I did not have anyone who could recommend me a decent company. Lucky for me Xavier was very positive and he spent so much time with me on the phone! I decided not to search for anybody else and just to move my furniture to Toronto! All my goods safely arrived! It took around 10 days and no problems!

We recently moved from Sault Ste Mary ON to Toronto. We spent a few weeks making calls and researching moving companies. The quotes we were getting were so wide-ranging as were the reviews from customers but in the end, we chose Pacific and could not have been more pleased with the service they provided us. The knowledge and professionalism made us feel confident that the move would be seamless. On moving day the crew took such wonderful care in packing and loading our furniture, TVs, boxes. We did have to store the furniture for 30 days until our new home was ready and our Move Coordinator John kept us in the loop every step of the way. The communication between us was excellent. When our furniture arrived at our new home Mike and Andrew were so friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed talking to them as they worked non-stop getting everything placed where it needed to be. So kudos to all involved I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for everything!!!

The cost was never a worry for us. Losing some priceless items and things that we've collected over the years was. Normally when I move to the same province, I just keep the important stuff with me and let the movers handle the larger items. This being an out of province move, we weren't driving to the destination we were flying and meeting the movers there later in the month. My spouse got a great new job in Toronto after the covid outbreak. We put full trust in this business and it did feel nerve wracking in the beginning. But they really kept things organized and kept us in high spirits too. They were gentle with everything and didn't just throw stuff in like most movers do. They put care and respect into their work. Arrival was to take two weeks but ended up taking about 12 days. This was a long move but still surprisingly nothing went wrong. Not a single piece arrived broken or missing. Good work guys.
