Ashley's Tree Care

A very rude tree was growing in the way of the parking spaces behind our fourplex. Ashleys asked for a photo and assessed the job. The workers showed up 30 minutes early. Being downtown and just off Bloor, the access was a challenge, but they navigated the narrow laneway and overhead wires expertly. One arborist chose to climb instead of use the boom. Their work was so impressive, I took photos. I rarely write reviews because I do not like to criticize professionals. In this case, there is nothing to criticize.

Mark and Dane came over to trim a mulberry tree in front of our house. They were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their professional and insight regarding our tree.

The job was done in an hour and they cleaned up great. I was really pleased with the results of the trimming.

I gave them a tough assignment with a 25' Hornbeam Hedge over difficult terrain. After the Ashley's crew completed their work, I took a second look and decided it was not exactly what I wanted. I gave them feedback and they were back the next day to tailor the job to my expectations. Also, I appreciated the advice and sincerity of Chris, the crew chief. They clearly want to do what it takes to make the job right for the customer.

I was impressed and very satisfied when I called in Ashley's to transplant a mature Rose of Sharon to a new location in the yard. The arborist and assistant were timely, friendly, efficient and tidied up after their work was done. The arborist was also very generous with sharing his knowledge about questions I had regarding other areas of my garden.

I will be calling Ashley's in again this year for sure for more large plantings.

They did two projects for me as arborist reports and both of them were accepted quickly thru Richmond Hill City. Their quote and cost were better than another arborist's prices.

Ashley‘ Tree helped me removal my dead pine tree and stump and all the shrubs around that tree within half day. The work is neat and professional. So satisfied and happy with this team!

Excellent from start to finish. Removed the existing hedge, ground the stumps down and removed all the brush from the old hedge. Stumps removed well below the surface allowing for easy planting of the replacement trees. Will definitely use Ashley again !
