We called this company on recommendation from the previous home owner. We connected with Gabriel, and right from the get-go, the process was simple and fast. Gabriel's in-depth knowledge was invaluable to us, thus allowing us to make informed decisions. There was never any pressure to upsell, and the whole phone experience was great. Workers came out a few days later, and within a few hours, everything was done. The technicians were also very knowledgable and friendly, and also very professional. I was in the market for a camera security system for my home. I found the market to be very confusing and after discussions with several service providers, I was left frustrated and discouraged. I was being told conflicting information and quotes were all over the place, which made my decision even more confusing. However, I finally contacted Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc. and met Gabriel. I immediately felt at ease given he took the time to address my confusion. He spent time discussing all the conflicting information I received, He was able to explain to me all the differences in the market and tailored a solution that was perfect for me. I cant imagine trying to purchase another system without the guidance of Gabriel, which never felt like dealing with a sales person. We are religious sisters and about two years ago we needed to protect our home because our neighbourhood is not very safe. We leave in a big house with too many windows and doors. The Priest from our Church recommended us to call Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc. (EAS) because they have done the security systems at the Church. We called EAS for an estimate. They came to check our home and explained to us all the options we had and provided an estimate. We also had other estimate from a different Company in order to compare prices and the proposed equipment. We chose EAS because they had better prices and they were highly recommended.

The technicians installed a burglar alarm system, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors. They made a tidy installation and left the house clean. All the employees that we have dealt with so far, are very friendly and knowledgeable. Several times we need their technical support because the new Sisters did not know how to by-pass some sensors and when we called them, they were always there to help.

At the beginning we were not used to the system and we triggered the alarm several times by opening the windows without disarming the system and the monitoring station called us every time right away to confirm if we were ok. Recently the alarm went off when we were out of town, and the monitoring station called me and asked if a Police dispatch was necessary. We indicated that it was not necessary because one of our Sisters had left a window partially open and it was the window that had triggered the alarm.

I consider this security company to be very professional and with a very fast response when the alarm goes off. I like to recommend EAS to everyone because they have always showed great responsibility and care. Further, we feel like they look after to make sure we are safe and well protected as opposed to be just looking for a monthly payment.
