Gabriel and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Gabriel provided a thorough assessment of our home security needs. Since it was an alarm system takeover, we appreciate that Gabriel did not simply recommend replacing everything that was already installed - instead, he recommended replacing only the things that needed to be replaced/upgraded. There were some challenges along the way that the techs encountered during installation of the new alarm system and cameras - but they worked tirelessly to resolve the problems, found smart solutions and in the end did an excellent job.

After a dismal experience with my alarm company of over a decade (the alarm failed entirely, facilitating a successful break in) I sifted through alarm company reviews looking not for who was the cleanest, most polite installer (Gabriel is both of these things) but what happened when someone tried to break in. I chose Engineered Alarm Systems and have been delighted with their service: shortly after the system was installed the city jack hammered the cement outside the shop and it set off the alarm (as it should have). Reliable and outstanding work!! I use them during the entire renovation process. The design and install all me smart wiring including alarm, cat5, cameras. Then when dry wall is up the install all equipment including, sound equipment , smart switches, TV's, Routers, Cameras, etc..

I was very happy with the detailed information provided when I was originally quoted for the security camera setup and install. The crew was at my home for the day and were very neat with their setup, install and after job cleanup.
