Extremely impressed! Final DraftCabinet did an excellent job on my kitchen they did exactly what I wanted. In fact they surpassed what I wanted. The quality of the cabinets are beautiful the workmanship of installing them was excellent. I now have a kitchen. Im proud of and I can show off extremely happy with the company. Everyone was very professional,courteous and patient with me. I would highly recommend them. In fact I am recommending them to many of my friends.

We recently had Final Draft provide and install kitchen cabinets for us and we are very happy with the quality and the level of service that we received.
We initially met with Mariel in the Burnaby showroom and she patiently and in detail explained our options and the products. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She then visited us and took specific and detailed measurements of the kitchen.
The cabinets were then built to our specifications and they were ready on time and when promised.

When it was time to install the cabinets Viktor their installer did a quality and excellent job. He arrived on time daily and installation was done quickly and properly. He kept the disruption to a minimum and cleaned up the job site daily. The cabinets are Canadian made and the high quality of materials and workmanship are evident.
Mariel was in contact with us on an ongoing basis and resolved any questions that we had.

The final price was what was initially quoted and there were no surprises. We are very pleased with Final Draft and recommend their services. We will certainly use Final Draft fotr any future projects that we may have.

We began our search for ideas for a kitchen remodel in the fall of 2018. In early 2019 we had visited five different cabinet companies that we liked but none really stood out for us. Then we found Final Draft Cabinetry. The difference was made by business owner Daniela's astute eye for design and detail and her partner Fred's solid knowledge of the construction industry. Communication with Daniela and Fred was reliably prompt and concise. We felt confident in dealing with them in what was our first really big home renovation project and we're so glad we did. Their installer Riley was enthusiastic and meticulous in his work. The outcome was our lovely new Merit kitchen that completely brightens and updates our home! We had both our kitchen and powder room cabinets and countertops designed, supplied and installed by Final Draft Cabinetry. The kitchen was completed last summer and the powder room earlier this year. As we were new to the renovation gig, we didn’t really know what we wanted so Daniela & Fred took measurements, thoroughly went over the options and came up with designs that would work in our space—a townhome built in 1971. Both of them were genuinely personable, helpful and patient when we were deciding what to go with as we also changed our minds a couple times on some of the details. We never felt any pressure during the process and their communication was always clear. They also consistently followed through on their timelines coordinating things with the general contractor or at least gave us sufficient notice if anything had to change. Installer Riley was also very professional and careful in his work, and would cheerfully answer any questions we had during the installation. Overall, we had a great experience with Final Draft and will definitely go with them again when we are ready for our next project.

After researching various companies, I found that Fred and Daniela were the most professional and very easy to work with. They listened and worked with me as a customer, stood behind their product with integrity and handled the logistics to ensure that everything came together seamlessly. I am so happy with my new kitchen and couldn't have asked for anything more. A huge thank you to their installer Riley as well. Working with Fred and Daniela was like working with your good neighbors, a great delight, that on top of their professionalism from beginning to the end, beyond the great local product (Merit Kitchens) they have to offer, there are kind faces and warm hand-shakes to remember when you sit in your beautiful new kitchen and recollect how the amazing transformation came about--as I am doing now :)

Everybody was saying I must have spent a lot of money on this new kitchen, but the truth is it was not much more than the more generic options out there. And what I got was not only a beautifully unique, quality product, but also the personalized professional service from drafting to installing, something that the bigger companies often promise but can't quite deliver. I and my wife have spent days shopping around and hours sitting down with different companies to talk about the project, but the moment we walked into Final Draft, we knew "This is it!"

I was very impressed with the quality of the product that Final Draft Cabinetry provided. The cabinet boxes, sides, drawers, shelves--everything was plywood and all the drawer slides were Blum--all in all, it made for a very well crafted and sturdy kitchen. Mark was helpful in the design process by giving me things to think about. Fred was responsive and available when the installation process began and was under way. And the installers were courteous and professional and kept the house clean and floors protected. I'm loving my new kitchen!
