Renovations are intimidating and daunting at best, especially during a time when there were major issues with supply chain. We purchased our house in May 2022 and wanted to renovate it.

Our challenge was finding the right contractor for the job. That's when we met Robert, owner of Rob's quality construction. His professionalism, calm personality and attention to detail was evident from day one. Due to the comfort level we established with Robert, we decided to do a full renovation of the entire house and lived on premise while the work was being done.

Robert along with his foremen, Tom and Kyle, and crews were professional, courteous to our house and performed impeccable housekeeping at the end of each day. They stayed on target with timelines and budget, which is a rarity these days due to supply chain.

With every renovation things will pop up or happen, when they did, Robert was over at our house attending to them promptly. Our renovations ran for a period of 16 weeks. When the time comes to tackle other areas of our house, there will be no hesitation who we will be contacting.

Since our renovations were completed we have recommended Robert to two of our neighbours, who have successfully used him. We are thankful to Robert and his crews for the great job they did on our house, and treating it as if it was their own home renovation.

Complete replacement of our kitchen, including redesign to suit our requirements. Hardwood floors on ground and upper level replaced, and staircase completely remodelled.

Work was completed within a couple days of the original estimate and costs were within guidelines adjusted for variations.

Overall very happy with the work and Rob's team has once again delivered the goods.

Rob and his team delivered as promised on time and with attention to detail! We did a full basement install with all new walls, bedroom, full bathroom and laundry renovation and looks like it could be in a magazine! Robs Quality Construction did an amazing job on our full basement renovation. His team were professionals and performed quality work. They were patient with minor changes we made during the process. I will use his team again for any future renovations. In addition his costs were fixed and there were no unexpected additional costs. After researching renovation companies, we received quotes from 3 contractors, all of which were beyond our budget. We had almost given up on our plans when someone suggested we call Robs Quality Construction. Rob and his team had done renovations for several families nearby and the feedback was great from everyone. So, we gave Rob a call and from our first meeting we knew we would be satisfied with the work. Together with Rob and Anna, we went over our plans and shared our vision. This included the removal of 2 walls, a new kitchen, new living spaces, flooring throughout and more. He gave us a quote that was happily within our budget. He said the work would take 2 months and he was true to his estimate. Completed on time and on budget, including some additional work that we requested. The whole team was very friendly, honest and polite.

Rob has an excellent team of trades people, all very easy to work with and skilled at their craft. There were workers at our house every day of the project and it moved along as promised. We love our new kitchen and living spaces and would highly recommend Robs Quality Construction to anyone!

We hired Rob again to renovate the primary bedroom and main bathroom. The primary bathroom was gutted with the wall between the walk in closet removed to make for a larger bathroom. This included double custom vanity, storage closet, heated floors, no step (flush) into the shower. In the bedroom we removed the stucco ceiling, all new paint and created a new larger walk in closet using the attached smallest bedroom. The main bathroom was increased in size by taking out the hall closet and the closet in smallest bedroom. Rob is professional, here each day to review progress and keep us up to date. Everything went along on schedule, as quoted, it was great to work with the crew again. We will be using Rob when we plan our next renovation.

We completed a renovation of our kitchen and dining room including the removal a load bearing wall and the installation of a steel beam. They provided and coordinated services to drastically alter the functionality and appearance of the space. Rob's team were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. They walked us through the whole process and consulted with us when needed. There were no surprises and the work done was exceptional. A great company to work with. Rob is fantastic.
