Our shower drain was leaking into the kitchen and they replaced the drain carefully and neatly. I am so pleased with everything they did. Brandon and Nathan arrived promptly the same day we called them to replace our old, leaky kitchen faucet and install 2 emergency stops. They were polite, neat, and patient as they walked us through our alternatives, helped us choose a faucet, and then even went to pick it up for us. Their estimate was fair and transparent, and true to form the final bill was as quoted.

Informed Plumbers came to my rescue a month ago to repair a leak in the basement coming from the main floor kitchen. The repair was completed the same day. Brandon and Nathan also did a free plumbing inspection. The same day they installed my washer and dryer in a new location, and moved my water softener. They were friendly, knowledgable and most importantly professional. The work was done within the same day and they cleaned up thoroughly. I asked them back to install a new vanity and toilets. Very happy with their work. I'll keep using their service.
