Tile & Grout Restoration

We hired Ash to come out and re-do our silicone. Greg suggested that we use epoxy instead of silicone since it does not become moldy as quickly as silicone. The color of the epoxy, however, did not match our tiles (see picture where you can clearly see that the epoxy they used is not white like it is supposed to be). I mentioned this to Ash and he assured me that this was the whitest he could find in the store (why begin a job if you know the color is off?). I literally even called around and found the correct color myself at a nearly hardware store, but he kept telling me that the epoxy he had was true white. Also, he suggested that where the wall tiles meet the floor we should use translucent silicone (instead of clear which we previously had) but this was an awful suggestion since our shower door and floor are both black. I contacted Greg with pictures and he basically responded saying that "who is going to pay for Ash's time if he needs to redo all of the work?" The fact that a company wouldn't come back and fix a job that wasn't done right and doesn't stand by their work is incredibly disappointing.

I contacted this company after reading very positive reviews. I had tried using another random contractor to refurbish my shower and they left me with a horrible job that had to be fixed. I decided to go with a company that was more reputable as it might not be the simple job I expected it to be. Greg was prompt in responding and visiting to quote the job. I could tell they were very professional so went ahead with it. I had my shower completely cleaned, re-caulked & siliconed, cracked grout repair, and sealed. It looks perfect (I'm pretty picky)! I'm so happy that I chose the right people this time. Nick did the job and he couldn't have been more pleasant and meticulous. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Greg and Nick were fantastic to work with throughout this process and did great work on our shower. We had a small issue after Nick left the first time and he promptly returned (on a Saturday) to make sure it was resolved and we were happy. I would definitely recommend.

Had a leak from our tiles in the shower. Greg came over, same day that we called him. He gave us an assessment, with different options, and explained what procedures had to be done.
Ash did a phenomenal job. Cleaned the mold, grout, tiles, and resealed the tiles. It looks as if we have a new shower stall.
I highly recommend this company.

I was impressed by Lens prompt response to my inquiry. However, that encounter was overshadowed by my interaction with Nick. Nick arrived promptly at the agreed time. Nick discovered the reason for the reoccurrence of the same problem with the floor tiles of my shower stall. Ironically, I had all the tiles removed and re-installed by a different contractor. The previous installer discovered the same problem and did not mention nor fix the problem. Nick pointed out the problem, although it meant more work to address the problem. What a gentleman of integrity. The job was completed and Nick cleaned up leaving my shower stall/bathroom repaired and tidy. I would highly recommend this company and will reach out to them with future tile installations.

I called this company for a tile and tub combo cleaning, as well as re-grouting and re-caulking job. Their quotation was quite reasonable when compared to other quotes received. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I needed the project completed within upcoming weeks because I had an out-of-town guest coming to stay with me. They accommodated me for the following week. Nick came to my house for the majority of the day, but actually completed the job sooner than was expected. He did an amazing job on everything and left my bathroom just as he had found it. My tub/shower combo looks brand new just like it did thirty years prior when the house was new. The only issue I had was not receiving my my invoice after I paid. I had to follow up a few times daily before I received it. However, based on price and project results, I will definitely use this company again in the future, and have highly recommended them to friends already.
