Mohamed was very knowledgable and personable. He showed up on time, assessed the problem, came up with a solution and began working on fixing our damaged electrical cable that was drilled straight through the night before. He was open to looking for solutions that would have as little impact on the space as possible and took the time to make sure we were happy with the way it was going to get resolved. He made sure to clean up and give us pointers on how to best patch up the affected drywall. I would recommend Safe Electrical to anyone that needs the peace of mind of having the job done right. They may not be the cheapest around, but like for many trades, and especially electrical, that's probably a good thing.

I had a small electrical emergency in the middle of the night with a broken switch that wouldn't turn off and a muddle-up at the circuit panel, so I called Muhammad after finding his reviews here on Homestars. He guided me through neutralizing the problem over the phone, then followed up the next day to set up an appointment to come and take a look at it right away. He arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution, giving me several options and explaining them to me. He provided me with the pricing beforehand, and he had the parts available and was able to take care of the work quickly and effectively. Throughout it all he was courteous, professional and extremely pleasant. He answered all of my questions and gave me some quite good advice about how to improve my set-up even further. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for an electrician.

For the panel replacement Mohamed came out late on a Friday evening and quickly diagnosed the problem. Two days later we had city permits and a new panel and circuit breaker installed. For the kitchen Mohamed and team installed a new dual core external cable for dishwasher/microwave. They did a great job on both occasions , suggested different solutions, arrived on time and was very clear with pricing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We had a small fire on hydro mast with resulted in power cut off. Muhammed did a great job removing carefully old sixty amp service and upgrading to 100 with meter relocate. He was willing to work with us and was very clean when all done. Thanks.

I needed a single light converted to two sconces, a new fixture installed in the shower where there was not one before, and an outlet added inside a vanity. Mohammed was fantastic, very professional, and did a great job. The price was exactly what was quoted and he was prompt and courteous. He also took care of the safety certificate and has since followed up on that. A great experience and I highly recommend Safe Electrical. I am in a condo which has specific regulations which Mohammed was well aware of making the job that much easier.

I called Safe Electrical Solutions to repair an issue that I had caused myself. Excited about the possibilities of smart switches I had decided to test my installation skills on a 3-way hall light circuit, managed to fail miserably and completely neuter the circuit (old switches didn't work either). Mohammed arrived as scheduled, assessed the job, provided an estimate and then proceeded to troubleshoot the problem very quickly. I was so impressed by his knowledge that we expanded his engagement scope to installation of the smart switches. Mohammed was able to get those smart switches running in the 3-way circuit within the hour. Based on that success I asked Mohammed to resolve a second circuit that I had given up on years ago and he resolved that too. Bottom line: Mohammed's work was professional, courteous and knowledgeable (not every electrician knows about smart switches) and I would be pleased to call upon Safe Electrical Solutions again for my electrical work - highly recommended!

We had a light fixture with an issue in the kitchen, called this Safe Electrical Solutions following a google search. Mohammed schedued an appointment for the same day. He showed up just in time and completed the work without any issues. Then told him about another installation that required panel work - a smart power meter. He provided a quote and then proceeded with the installation as well. We are very satisfied with the work done.
