Last Thursday it was raining with lightening and thunder and the power went out in more than half the house. I was confused and scared and I immediately searched for an Electrician that can come as soon as possible, I found Safe Electrical Solutions on google and called. The electricians speedy response made me feel reassured and he was at my place within an hour. He confirmed his pricing and dispatch fee before starting and began to diagnose the situation, the electrician was very well prepared as he had almost everything he needed in his truck.

After diagnosing he explained to me that the power outage wasn't due to the rain but because of the breaker. A breaker was defective and caused the power outages, he explain to me the pricing from his pricing book before he went on with his job. He fixed the problem and I can now rest easy without having to worry about the power.

I called SES when I ran into a little snag when trying to install a ceiling fan in my son's bedroom (current socket wasn't rated for a 70 lb fan), they dispatched Muhammad who helped me by actually installing the whole thing. He was very courteous and even gave me some educational tidbits of information in regards to ceiling fan installs. The job was finished on time, and with a professional quality. Pricing was also quite fair.

Mohammed fixed my Mother’s cooktop. He has an extensive skill set, and excellent people skills.

Mohammad showed up when he said he would. Did the work he quoted on in a quick and professional manner. Would recommend. He did the work on the weekend and in the time frame allotted.

Upgrade service to 100 AMPs, add several power lines for A/C and kitchen reno, upgrade old wiring that was not to modern code.

They were friendly, honest, easy to deal with. Made clear what options I had for improvement to existing wiring while they were on sight. Never pressuring me to do more, just explaining what was there and how to correct it if I felt like doing so at this time.

Will call them again when a need arises.

We called Safe Electrical Solutions at 7 AM on New Year's Day. By noon that day, an electrician had already arrived at our house.

Our initial problem was a smoke alarm that chirped at 5:00 in the morning several days in a row, even after we had replaced the battery and then the unit itself. The electrician tested all three smoke alarms in the house, as well as the electrical board in the basement. He recommended replacing all of the smoke alarms with newer, smarter units. These units combine smoke detectors with carbon-monoxide detectors. In addition, he recommended replacing two problem circuit breakers. Finally, he recommended installing a power-surge protector, which will be of great utility in our neighborhood, which is prone to power fluctuations and outages.

We approved all of these recommendations, since the electrician was already on site and the problems seemed clear once pointed out. The electrician then worked hard and completed the work within 90 minutes. Helpfully, he explained the rationale and method for his work, so that we could be more educated consumers and homeowners. The conversation was amiable and professional. We appreciated this combo, especially on a holiday.

Helpfully, the electrician called the next day to follow up on the work. We appreciated his call, and we reported that everything was in order. We had gotten our first good night's sleep for several days, as a result of the replaced (and correctly installed) smoke alarms.

For future work, we won't hesitate to call Safe Electrical Solutions. Highly recommended.
