Very professional, confirmed the apt the day prior and showed up on time. Rory was efficient, thorough and personable. A good job was done, I will use PURAIR again and would recommend them.

Had numerous other companies come in and were gone in 15 min. Modern Purair spent over 2HOURS picking up where the other guys were too hasty to get out. I own a few rental properties and was so happy with the service, called them back and had them go to 3 other properties. I've recommended these guys 7 ppl and everybody is extremely happy with the quality of work.

Rory was our technician and he was absolutely awesome. Very professional and patient for the job he had to do. With many renovations and 2 shedding dogs in our household it was a very big job. We'd highly recommend Modern PURAIR if you are looking for these services. We found them through Groupon but will definitely look to book these services though them again in the next 2 years when we are due for a cleaning.

William was our tech extraordinaire. He was probably the nicest most positive man we have ever had at our home and clearly loved the work he was doing. Very courteous and professional and informative, we were lucky to have him cleaning our ducts. We had him clean our sister's address as well after ours was completed. Thank you William for all your hard work and professionalism and for the kindness to our cat family!

Great customer service again! The first time I tried Modern PURAIR I bought a Groupon. Was very impressed. This time I called them directly and made an appointment. I was done renovating my home and the amount of dirt/dust/hair that settled in my vents was disgusting. Modern PURAIR did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing my house vents.

Would recommend and HAVE recommended to friends/family & colleges.

Bruce did a satisfactory job and gave us very good suggestions for how to maintain the life of the furnace and answered all our questions.
