Brad gave us a thorough inspection of our new home from top to bottom. Brad was very thorough and took time to explain all findings, whether a minor issue or good working order. Lots of photos were taken with detailed descriptions. Overall we're very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone with a need for a home inspection.

To me the cost is bit higher end, however his service would satisfy your needs. I highly recommend to take his service.

We used Blue Print to do our home inspection on our first house and used them again for our second house, highly recommend Brad as he was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had for him!
