I highly recommend this company ,Brad drove for 2.5 hrs to do the inspection, he was Punctual, thorough, attention to detail was second to none and everything was explained to me in full of his findings.. 10 stars from us..

Brad was a terrific gentleman to work with and he was very informative and told me exactly what needed to be done and not done and gave me a very good 2 hour in depth home inspection. He even showed me the attic which was beneficial as well as explained all electrical panels, hot water tank, furnace, etc. and gave me a lot of beneficial tips on how to maintain the house and take care of it which was very useful... Would definitely recommend this great home inspector with over 30 years of experience... Thanks again Brad!

We used Brad's services on two occasions on a less than 24-hour notice, both times over a weekend. He was always accommodating and professional. On one occasion he promptly noticed a serious structural damage to the house, which was not obvious. He clearly explained the problem, wrote a report and gave us a 50% discount on the agreed price because there was no point to continue the inspection as the problem was a deal breaker for us. I highly recommend his services.
