Hi! Sean and his team was great. I'm really impressed how he kept communication with his teammates through the two day move. He finished the move on time (or earlier) and no damage made to my belongings and to the houses. That's what I expected so they really met my expectation and they were pleasant to work with.
Obviously some were more experienced and others had less, and I was also glad to see older ones (like Ryan) advising younger ones as he saw needs. A sign of good team.
I do have one suggestion, if I may, to help enhance your customer satisfaction. It's about delivering boxes to the right rooms and to stacking them nearly.
The boys were fast at carrying boxes into the new house which was impressive but quite a few boxes didn't end up in the right place. I had basement items in the kitchen and office stuff in bedroom, etc. I think the boys didn't really check the box label when they carried two boxes together. They also placed boxes anywhere they saw and didn't take time to stack them neatly. It made me difficult to walk through boxes to start organizing. It probably would have been ok if my move was small and didn't have children. But my house is three stories and young kids to look after. Finding necessary things in the first week was somewhat stressful.
So it'll be great if you could simply ask them to check box labels before coming into the house and to stack them neatly. This will for sure make customers more happy.
