Michael responded immediately to my request for a quote, took time to come to our house and take measurements and help us choose colours (and did this virtually while we were living elsewhere during a renovation), asked upfront about our price range, and helpfully included HST and installation in his final quote, making our decision even easier.

Our zebra shades were delivered and installed on schedule, and they all look great!

I needed blinds for a condo that I bought and was searching for a company. I came across a few that had company names that did not exist on 411 and one even had a address that did not exist. I decided to go on homestars to be safe and was impressed with Michaels reviews. I am so happy that I chose Window Blinds Direct. Not only was Michael patient and knowledgable(had no idea what I needed or wanted) he made sure I was informed and helped me to choose blinds that are perfect. We were very happy working with Michael from start to finish. He was professional and brought all the samples to show us in our home. The ordering and installation process were seamless. He worked with our budget and we found that their prices were on par with other "budget" window covering companies, but Michael and Window Blinds Direct gave us the personal experience and quality we were looking for. Great service and professionalism! Cellular blinds for the whole home received. Even during the pandemic, Michael came to our home to help us chose the best product. Within a few weeks we had them up and love them! Even had some last minute requests which they accommodated no problem

Michael from Window Blinds Direct came to give me a quote. I was quite happy with the quote and didn’t bother entertaining other offers as it sounded very reasonable to me. I simply asked for a specific white color to be used to match my trim and he obliged. The whole process took 4 weeks from visit to install. The house is now complete with furniture style window coverings. I believe it certainly adds to the value of my home. Very happy with my selection of Window Blinds Direct.

These guys were great!!! I had the ugliest blinds that came with my condo- I know condo builders try to cut corners, but did they find these blinds in a landfill? I just knew I needed to replace them but wasn’t fully sure about colours/styles, and was nervous about price because I had two floors of these monstrosities. Michael was SO helpful, showed me different price points, and together we chose blinds that look amazing. His recommendations were so great and so were the guys that came to install them. I am very happy. Such friendly staff, such great knowledge.
