Our new blinds are elegant and fit well. The company was responsive and communicative. They came and measured for us and made sure we were getting the right type of blinds and fabric we liked for each window. The person who measured was the same person who installed, which I appreciated.

Excellent in-home consultation, explanation of products available that best addressed our concerns with effects of direct afternoon sun. We replaced the existing inadequate and varied window coverings on 8 windows. We are very happy with the consistent look across all the windows. The different % of light filtering allowed us to address privacy concerns with blackout shades in the bedroom. Shades in other areas filter the sun to the degree we need, but still allow a view to the outside. Look beautiful, easy to move up and down as needed. Timely and expert installation, taking steps to ensure patio door shade would be properly supported. Easy to work with, helpful suggestions offered.

I had roll up shades motorized installed in my condo. I was impressed how smoothly the process went. From quote to final install. Everything went smoothly and Michael was very professional. I am very pleased with the shades and I would highly recommend them for all your window coverings.

From the beginning to end, we had a pleasant experience. Michael and Charles were friendly and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We ended up going with wood shutters and they are beautiful. I will say that the shutters arent totally perfect but nothing so bad or so noticeable that we cant live with it - a small chip and some uneven painting. Installation was super quick. Comparing pricing, I found them to be mid-range. Lead time was longer than expected but understandable as it is their busy season. Would use them again and would recommend.

It was also a very awkward fitting due to window frame and surround features.

They were conscious of our budget and needs with small children (black out and safety coverings) . Our new blinds look amazing! ( roller shades throughout house and black out honey comb in bedrooms)
