We approached Window Blinds Direct from a friend’s referral - and it did not disappoint! Mike was very diligent in introducing the various types of blinds and shades to us during his initial visit. He offered suggestions based on the style of our windows and was very flexible in working with our requests. We are very happy with the final look and the shades are working great so far. Update on November 7, 2018 - we reached out to Window Blinds Direct for help to uninstall the shades given that the window supplier had to replace one of the glasses but does not have the expertise. Mike went out of his way to help us uninstall and even later coming back another day to re-install the shades. We really appreciate this outstanding after-sale service. Thank you once again!

Work was great, team was professional and Michael was a pleasure to deal with! Even accomodated us as we decided to move after the initial quote so they had to come in again to our new place for measurements.
