Gotcha covered did excellent work for me. I found out about them through the Exhibition (CNE) Home Show. They came in and put blinds up in the conservatory. They were really helpful and I’m very satisfied with their work.

It’s so funny I had just bought my house and Gotcha Covered had 40% off flyers on my doorstep. They gave me a great deal matching the price of another company I was thinking of working with. They came in and showed me a range of different types of blinds. I settled on horizontal fabric silhouette blinds. Overall they did a pretty good job and other then not doing the job for free (haha) I was happy with their work.

I hired Gotcha Covered to install shade-o-matic blinds in my home. Working with Carol Ann was wonderful, she was easy to get a hold of and happy to answer any questions. I am very happy with the final product. My only complaint is that I felt I had to keep an eye on the price and what I was quoted, it could've ended up costing more if I hadn't. Other than that, I am pleased with the work that was done.

Working with Carol Anne was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful, she didn't over sell which I appreciated. She created balance for us in our home and got us new blinds that we love. I am absolutely thrilled with the job that was done. Thanks again Carol Anne!

I met Carol Ann at the home show and had Gotcha Covered come in to measure, advise (on which was the right window cover and blinds) and install. I’ve got no complaints when it comes to this company they were very neat and did everything they could’ve done to get the job done. There was one issue with the blinds though. In the large bathroom window, one blind was missing but Carol Ann resolved this at no extra cost.

I was in the process of renovating my kitchen when I called Gotcha Covered. They did window coverings and Roman shade blinds for three of my kitchen windows. They did a very good job and had very nice products. The work was neatly done but it took a while, it was partly my fault because I wanted the paint in the kitchen fully dried. It took a while for anyone to get back to me, months actually. So I guess if I had one complaint, I'd wish there was a little more of a follow up. But like I said the work done was great.

Gotcha Covered did the job in two phases, first they came in to measure all windows in the whole house then they came back to install. John the installer was great and so was Carol Ann. They were clean and professional. There were a few manufacturing issues but Carol Ann advocated for us and the replacements that needed to be done were free. They really took care of us and did a great job.

Carol Ann and co came in to do do work in 3 bedrooms including the kid’s bedroom blinds and our office. I also had window coverings for the living and dining room put in. I actually got connected with Carol Ann through my son who is friends with her. I’m very happy with the work that was done.

Gotcha Covered put up blinds in our dining room. They did excellent work. My job works with a lot of franchises so I knew about them and how great they were. I think they’re a competitive company and you could see that in the way they worked. They had a high level of professionalism.

Gotcha Covered installed California shutters throughout the house. I was very happy with their work. I actually got connected with them through another company and I’m glad I did, the shutters look great.
