We had the attic insulation upgraded to R60. Our house kept noticably cooler during the recent hot weather.
We are still on this upgrading journey as we have purging to do in the basement before insulation can be addressed. I would really like to stress that Chris is very accommodating, encouraging and more than willing to work within our timeline, rather than make us fit into theirs. We also are more focussed about getting our job done so that Chris' team can continue. We have been procrastinating for decades and finally there is progress being made!

Our attic had a large ice damn leaking into our house. Everyone at expert went out of their way to explain everything to us. They took pictures and showed us the work needing to be done. Sarah in the office answered my many questions and was quite helpful. The roofer fixed additional shingles he found missing at no charge. They provided a competitive quote and were able to complete the work shortly after I accepted it. Ryan and Ryan came to do the install. They were polite and efficient in their work and cleaned up nicely after they were done.

We were very satisfied with Expert Insulation from start to finish. Rob provided us with an estimate and he was pleasant to deal with and addressed any concerns we had. Chris thereafter provided us with a quote and arranged workers to complete the job. All workers were very efficient and Chris replied immediately with any additional questions that we had. We were also provided with before and after photos.

I had Expert Insulation in to do an upgrade to the attic insulation. They came in to examine the attic and suggested what I needed to do and what I did not need to do. Their quote also included pictures of the attic and showed areas that needed to be upgraded. Their price was competitive and Chris was very responsive to the questions I had. They were able to book very quickly and spent about 2 hrs doing the upgrade. Throughout the upgrade they were professional and tried to keep things as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service! Very quick time to quote and to have the insulation installed (upgraded from R40 to R80). Very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

I'm very impressed by the Expert Insulation team! They were so quick to respond to my initial inquiry and come check out my problem. My cantilever floors were only semi-full of old batting insulation and the floor from the inside was freezing cold. They came back very soon after diagnosis to spray foam the areas, which are very noticeably warmer now. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and I would definitely work with them again.
