Affordable, good housecleaning service. Easy to use online booking option. They use pet friendly products and did a great job cleaning my little house. She was friendly and got along as well with my Husky. Did a great job getting all of the dog hair up. I'm happy and will book again with this company.

I get monthly cleanings with zen maids and have no complaints, I look forward to their visits and work is very thorough. I like their eco-friendly product line and even bought some of my own for cleaning in between visits. Staff is accommodating and willing to work around my job which I do at home and sometime need quiet for phone calls.

A godsend for frequent business travellers like myself. I take great advantage of their flexible booking service as well as get regular home check ins from them so my mailbox gets emptied and plants watered once in a while. Both their office and field staff provide prompt and friendly service. I am not home much but that sure doesn't stop the dust from settling. The cleaners do a fab job of freshening up the house for me while I'm away. I can always count on them to lock up and set the alarm on their way out. I chose this company for a spring clean based on a coworker recommendation and they knocked it out of the park. Friendly and courteous staff and the green products they use are a nice addition because my wife gets skin allergies from regular cleaning products. My wife is impressed by the attention paid to details.

After two years of regularly scheduled cleanings, the cleaners suddenly stopped showing up. I have repeatedly emailed, left voicemails, and spoken with a receptionist who has informed me the owner (Erin) is busy each time I've called. They have my house key, and after three weeks of trying to get it back, I will have to change my locks. Also of note: This company has inexplicably changed names three times in two years. It has also been Pristine Clean and Zen Maids.

just finished getting a great cleaning from this business. ive tried others and was always disappointed in one way or another. im picky about my floors and my washrooms and they cleaned both very very well. i had a lot of built up stuff on my bathroom handles and they got then cleaned to perfection. overall they did a very nice job and I hope it continues for my monthly cleans. As a tech guy by trade, I have to say my initial impression was good. The website is designed and laid out well, and the online booking function worked very well as it was easy to understand. Pretty cool concept. On my cleaning day, the cleaning ladies were here at 11:00am on the dot and got to work as soon as they arrived. I got a deep cleaning for my first cleaning job and the work they did looks high quality to me. My faucets are shiny, stainless steel is streakless, toilets cleaned even at the base and the pink ring on the water line is removed completely. The cleaning ladies told me that is actually rust and scale build up. I am very pleased with my service and happy to leave this review for anyone considering them.
